A piano should be dropped on top of Dot on Valentines day and then it turns out that everyone did it because she kept banging on about God and psalms and all they wanted to do was go home and shag their Mrs'.
I'd be hooked from start to finish.
Make it someone who's not been a suspect before. Like one of the Fox's, or one of the Buthers perhaps.

I'd rather a big disaster, think the tram crash on Corrie or the big Plane crash on Emmerdale.
I'd kill off...
Fat Boy
Mick
Alfie
Roxy
Tanwar
and Sonia

Yeah that's a good idea, Lucy was never a huge character but once they killed her it was still interesting, so killing off a minor character works well.

I literally despise Dot so much, every year i keep my fingers crossed that she becomes the Christmas sacrificial lamb but it never happens

I'm assuming the next who-dunnit won't roll around until the 35th - so there could be a lot more cast members by then, but perhaps the new villain they're introducing rn - Vincent could be killed off in a who dunnit in a few years.
I also have a feeling Phil will eventually bite the bullet in a who-dunnit, perhaps in about ten/fifteen years to celebrate an anniversary - he has so many links that could pave the way for guest appearances throughout the who-dunnit too who could also be suspects like Peggy, Courtney, Grant, Lisa, Marcus Christie ect.
Somebody hated so maybe Max or the new Richard Blackwood guy
wait what is he not dead
I have a feeling we'll see Mick show up at a flat somewhere in a few months where he's been keeping Dean - I doubt DTC would turn Mick into a killer.

A whodunit surrounding Phil would be interesting he has so many enemies on the square. I think Ronnie could be good too if she pissed off a few more people I think it would be I testing maybe we could have a Bobby twist again and it's Amy :hehe:

they already did "who shot Phil?" though
they already did "who shot Phil?" though
I was talking about a final exit for him - I feel like it'd be a fitting end if he was killed off in a big who-dunnit which also celebrated an anniversary for the show since it could pave the way for lots of characters to come back to either be questioned or attend the funeral ect.

I think they are trying to avoid repetition under the new direction

Maybe they could do a who done it with a twist where a group of people are involved in a murder the audience knows who is involved and what happened, but a mysterious someone knows about this and they are taunting them trough notes, texts emails etc
