I voted for Emmerdale it was so tough though between ED and EE but I feel overall Emmerdale has been stronger this year.

Haven't watched enough of Eastenders over the past year although the live week was 10/10

Corrie is more enjoyable than Emmerdale at the moment but overall during the past year with Donna, Robbie and Katies deaths and some of the bigger storylines Emmerdale just about wins it for me.

Tina's death was so hyped up and it was actually **** because she can't even act

I clicked on Emmerdale, but to be honest I'm taking a break from all the soaps at the moment. They all seem to follow the same story lines and nearly all the children on these soaps are portrayed as being nasty, spoilt or just downright evil. Emmerdale is fast becoming 'The Village of the Damned'.
Eastenders makes me feel depressed, even when I start out feeling quite cheerful and Corrie seems to be taking it's cue from Eastenders as far as depressing storylines go.
I'll probably go back to them after a break, but for now I'm re-watching BB's from around the world.
