Power of Veto

Luke and Lostie are on the brink of missing out on a place in the final five, but they could be saved after tonight's PoV competition!

Tonight we're playing Red or Black and here's how it works:

Each player will begin the game with 10 points, and in each round will have to stake a certain number of those points on the outcome of one question - Red or Black? I will be randomly generating playing cards using a website, and it is up to each player in each round to decide how much of a risk they are willing to take.

You will place your stakes by Private Messaging me the number of points you wish to bet on that particular round, along with your answer - Red or Black?. Once I have everyone's PM's, I will reveal the stakes placed, and then the colour of the card.

If you guessed correctly, whatever number of points you staked will be added to your score. So for example if in round one you bet 4 points on the card being red and it was, you would finish round one with 14 points. Guess incorrectly, and your stake will be taken off of your score. So in this example you'd finish round one with 6 points.

The player with the most points at the end of ten rounds will win the Power of Veto.

You will have just one minute to PM me your bet, and you will do so when I state 'Place Your Stakes' in the thread. Any late stakes will see one point deducted from your total.
