Yeah, 2 seasons would be enough but then they bought back Brandon from the dead, so I'm not sure if 1 more episode is enough to reveal everything considering there's probably 2 killers and they don't normally reveal the killer until the last 15 mins.

I liked that the killer was a season 1 original (and while I suspected him last season I didn't honestly suspect him this year until the penultimate episode when it seemed like he might be framing Eli). His explanation for becoming a psychopath was underwhelming however.

And again, the body count for major characters is still too low :laugh:

Just watched it!

I thought it was a disappointing reveal tbqh. I couldn't stop cringing at how it was such a rip-off of Scream and Billy being the killer in the first film. It lacked the shock factor and suspense that Billy's reveal had and Kieron being tragic during the reveal didn't help either - at least Billy was creepy which added to it.

I did however like the fact he wasn't shot in the head at the end and he was taken to prison instead. That part was original as opposed to having the killer killed off at the end like the films and S1.

But overall, it was quite an anti-climatic ending to a brilliant season.

Yeah I think if the show has any chance of survival then an anthology is the best way to go (although I feel like that'd be a weird thing to suddenly do after 3 seasons of not being an anthology). The character of Emma is just not strong enough to carry the show like Neve Campbell did with Sidney. I actually wouldn't be opposed to them killing Emma off and making Brooke the lead, as she has a few similarities to Sidney. Carlson is also a waaayyy better actress. But the main thing that puts me off this TV show is the attention it pays to teen romance, and i know that's MTV's target audience but i just can't be bothered with it. Emma is a dumb bitch and deserves to die if she gets a new boyfriend in S3 after the last 2 tried to kill her.

I have a theory that next season Audrey's girlfriend will be the killer, she looks much older than the others and my guess is that she is Pipers ex-girlfriend before she moved to Lakewood, and Piper cheated on her with Kieran. Hence why she killed Kieran etc...

Season one and two use a different mask but they are fun slasher shows. Season 3 uses the ghost face mask.

I never liked Emma or Audrey in the first two series, Emma was dull and Audrey annoyed me wheras in the third I like Deion, Beth and Kym a lot.

Agreed, plus it felt more like how Scream should be in a TV Series imo, where as the first two seasons came off more like a CW Teen Drama with Slasher components thrown into the mix which felt a bit odd to me.
