I agree, he was the joke X Factor contestant for a few months with no real presenting skills. I'm genuinely baffled as to how he's managed to get a serious TV presenting career with BB and This Morning on the back of that. :laugh: I'm sure he's a nice person but it's hard enough to take BOTS seriously as it is, a more reputable presenter is needed to at least make it a bit more bearable!!

I speak for myself when i say that if that monstrosity wasn't presenting bots and making it into a pathetic excuse for a show, then I'd watch it, he's stopping me from enjoying a part of the show that i used to love watching.

He doesn't have any impact on what's happening in the house and that is an incredibly good thing.

I wouldn't say anyone's necessarily nasty about everything. Most of the time comments are backed up with valid/constructive opinions.

I agree though that there are far more negative comments these days, but I've found that's a general trend with all forums now, I'm on a fair few forums and they are far more serious/negative than they were 5 or so years ago, it's not just exclusive to TiBB.

Although saying that a lot of people do praise the show at times. Just look at the house pictures reveal thread for BB16, a lot of positive comments in there.

You can support something and slate it. That's what being a fan of something is about. I support Big Brother (I watch it, tweet about it, post about it on Facebook etc), but I'm not going to go under a false pretense and say how the show is perfect in every way because it's not.

Personally the only thing I find irritating about this forum is when we get to a series and people get serious over which housemates they like/dislike. The Perez and Katie Hopkins thing being the most recent example, this forum turns into a bloodbath on season (I find it amusing more than anything though).
