The X Factor isn't messing around - we've got our new hosts, our new judges, and now our new presenters on The Xtra Factor.
Rochelle Humes and DJ Melvin Odoom were today announced as the new faces of the ITV2 spinoff show, replacing former host Sarah-Jane Crawford.
"I have watched The Xtra Factor for years so I am beyond excited about joining such a brilliant team, and getting to work with my old friend Melvin makes it even better," Humes said. "I also can't wait to meet the contestants and be a part of their X Factor experience."
Meanwhile, Odoom - who co-hosts the KISS FM breakfast show with Rickie Haywood Williams - revealed that he has always been a "massive fan" of The X Factor.
"To get to present The Xtra Factor is a dream for me," he said. "We are there to support the contestants and have fun - I'm really looking forward to it."
The duo will be backstage at every stage of the competition, getting gossip from the contestants and the new judging lineup - Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw.
ITV's Angela Jain praised Humes and Odoom for their "energy, humour and enthusiasm", while Syco's head of television Nigel Hall said: "They are great friends, have great chemistry together and are both passionate X Factor fans. A perfect combination to host The Xtra Factor."
The question remains of whether Humes's new job could cause a bit of awkwardness at home given that her husband Marvin Humes hosts BBC One's singing competition The Voice UK - the show from which Ora was poached.
