In the US, Turner Sports (TNT and TBS) successfully bought the rights from Fox, which stunned me starting next year too.

Their NBA coverage is top notch so I think they know what they're doing. My guess is that since they have partnerships with NBC and CBS they'll hire NBC's highly acclaimed PL coverage and the Champs league final will be broadcasted on CBS. (There's no anti siphoning laws but Fox's been known to air the final on it's main channel Over the Air rather than Cable)
