It would be disappointing if it was Max. You'd have thought they'd want to keep him leaving a secret given the build up to tomorrow's episode and the whole "who will it be" atmosphere. If it turned out to be Max it'd be like "well we already knew that because he's leaving"

They keep talking about tomorrow as though it's a huge twist, but Max is the more obvious choice given the story and the fact that he is leaving for a whole year.

So, with a twist I can see it being Jay possibly.

But Lola's leaving too so...
