Mason Noise claims Simon threatened to send SIX bouncers to remove him from the stage before the mogul called him an "a***hole"

X Factor boss Simon Cowell threatened to send bouncers to the stage to remove a contestant, it has been claimed.

Singer Mason Noise got three yeses when he wowed the judges with his version of Justin Timberlake's Senorita on Saturday night's launch show, but now he's been was sensationally thrown out.

The 21-year-old waiter from Birmingham - who previously hit the headlines for slamming judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - was called and "a***hole" by head judge Simon, following his performance.

Mason - who says he wasn't on screen for long enough the first time around - claims Cowell 'lost control' before asking him to leave.

Speaking exclusively to Mirror Online, Mason says: "I wanted to tell the audience that I'm all about the art and I only got 47 seconds [of airtime] after a 10 minute audition, that is when Simon went 'whoa, whoa, whoa...'.

"They turned my microphone down, they turned my hype man's microphone off, they turned Grimmy's mic down. "

Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw is in charge of the boy's category this year.

Mason adds: "He didn't even have a chance to say anything. Simon Cowell shut him down every time he tried."

"Basically Simon said, 'What gives you the right to come on here and insult my editing team?' I told him that I wasn't trying to bring the good entertainment back. Grimmy was trying to help me and Simon said, 'Shut it, no, you're an a********. Shut it.'

He continues: "[He was treating me] like I was a child. I wasn't even shouting. I was calm."

However, a source close to the ITV show told Mirror Online: "Mason was rude toward the show and behaved in an arrogant manner. That is why Simon pulled Mason up on his comments but it’s ridiculous to say he lost control. He was simply standing up for his show and for the production team."

Mason, who was being mentored by the new judge, then claims Simon Cowell really wanted him off the stage.

Mason says: "He shouted, 'You've five seconds from getting thrown off stage by six bouncers'. He lost control, he just went off.

"He lost control and it was uncalled for. Especially as all I was doing was saying an opinion."

"Grimmy said I should apologise to the team," says Mason, who refused. "I was like 'no, I haven't insulted the team'."

"Then he asked me to leave and Nick said, 'no Mason, wait.'

"I lifted my hand up and [the mic] dropped to the floor and I walked off."

A source backstage said: "No one was threatened with six bouncers – he was told he was at risk of being escorted off by security but he ended up leaving of his own accord."

"Mason obviously thinks a lot of himself and its seems that he’s upset that everyone didn't agree with him."

Asked if he thought Nick was on his side, Mason said: "I know Rita was. I think Grimmy was on my side, Me and Grimmy have spoken backstage and he understands what I'm trying to do."

As the singer, who tells us he wants to break America like The Beatles, Adele and the Rolling Stones, left the stage, the crowd chanted 'off off off' and booed.

After a short pause, Mason says the negative reaction to his attitude didn't affect him.

He says: "To be honest, I understand that people get caught up in the moment. Even if they don't see what I'm trying to do now, in a years time or after the show, they'll look at my music videos and the creativity and put it behind them.

"I want people to see that I'm different."

When asked about Simon's language, Mason answers: "I think that no one has ever questioned him before and no one has questioned the format of the show.

"Something needs to change on that show. Listen to the kids, at the end of the day I have a lot of support on Twitter."

Soon after Mason's comments on the social networking site he received a message from Steve Brookstein.

It simply read: "I'm liking this guy."

Welp @ Simon calling him an asshole

I'm not sure it will. Just because it mentions the producers and editing and they don't really acknowledge that on the show. But then this would be a talking point of the series and they need the ratings.
