The first celebrity has been given the boot from Strictly Come Dancing 2015 in tonight's results show.

Iwan Thomas and Ola Jordan became the first celebrity couple to leave Strictly Come Dancing 2015 this evening after the dance off.

With the judges' scores from Weeks 1 and 2 combined with the viewer vote, it was revealed this evening that Sports Commentator and Olympic Medallist Iwan Thomas and professional partner Ola Jordan faced Jamelia and her professional partner Tristan MacManus in the dreaded dance-off.

Both couples then performed their routines again. Iwan and Ola did their Cha Cha to Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO and Jamelia and Tristan did their Cha Cha to Don’t Cha by the Pussycat Dolls.

After both couples had danced this second time, the judges delivered their verdicts:

When asked who he would like to save, Craig said, “This couple danced much better than the other couple: I save Jamelia and Tristan.”

Darcey and Bruno agreed both choosing to save Jamelia and Tristan; with three unanimous votes, they were safely through to next week. Head Judge Len Goodman told Tess that he agreed with his colleagues’ decision.

Reflecting back on the results of tonight’s show, Iwan said, “I’ve loved every minute of it! Thank you judges and to the contestants, you have all been so nice and I’m going to miss you all! I don’t want to go home!”

To his professional partner Ola, he said, “I’ve loved training with you, it has been amazing. Believe or not, I was getting slightly better each day!”

Ola added, “I have absolutely loved dancing with you, you are a wonderful person and I am sorry it finished so early.”

Strictly Come Dancing continues next weekend on BBC One at the same time of 6:20PM.

What his dance had to do with the cha cha cha was beyond me.

It was very energetic but way off the mark and that was down to his professional partner really, not him.

I don't care about Ola's whinger husband, but do feel a tad sorry for Ola getting such a dud dancing partner. She probably knew they had little chance of getting past the first elimination when she first started rehearsals, no amount of practice was going to improve Iwan's lack of dancing skills.

His clearly trying to get the public to split into two camps on Peter Andre, James's detractors to join the pro-Peter camp, and the James fans joining the anti-Peter camp.

It will stop Peter from winning, but it's to make him seem more interesting than he actually has been so far.

but from now on i'm still going to be a little skeptical thinking is this the right bottom two or what :notimpressed:
