Vana's gone down in my estimations, disastrous project manager and I'm not going to jump on the 'hate Elle' bandwagon as Vana did tell her to just buy the boat, no doubt if Elle had went against the project managers decision it would've been called up on in the boardroom too for not being a team player :shrug:

i'm 50/50 with Elle, sometimes she did annoy this this episode but I like how she speaks out and doesn't hold back.. the reason why Lord Sugar didn't fire her.

I've just caught up. I thought Elle came across really well last night, glad she stayed. The right person definitely went imo. Oh and I agree about the inflatable goat thing. I actually think it should have been allowed but last years skeleton should have also been allowed, but since last years wasn't, then it definitely shows a lack of consistency with the rules. Great show as usual though (although they can get rid of Claude "what they don't know is that I can actually speak french" Littner)

I think Vana was most at fault. One of her team (sorry can't remember who) pointed out that the mirror was the most important item to go for as it carried one of the biggest penalties and Vana just brushed her off.
