Where did they find Melvin. Very awkward co presenter

I am just wondering had anyone ever HEARD of Melvin before he was hired as co presenter of the X factor. I find the height difference between himself and Rochelle very unsettling and I reckon he actually looks far older than he is. ( I could be wrong). I think Caroline and Olly are a great pairing as they have good chemistry and banter but I just think that the pairing for the Xtra factor is odd to say the least. Thoughts ?:shrug:

it isn't an issue as such I am small myself it just looks kinda awkward when she wears heels he could fit under her arm lol
