Could the last two years of The X Factor have been better if?

Things was more stable? Like actually keeping the same judging panel from the series before? Not sabotaging nearly every act for their desired girl in their individual years to standout? and the judges comments being less cliched and robotic and more Human and genuine?

If we had 2012 talent of acts with 2013 judges that would be good but cheryl and simon bore me, Mel b was ok but they got rid of her, Rita is the best of them, They should have never gotten rid of Louis and Dermot
