How would you rate EastEnders' Christmas week?

Admittedly not as much hype as last year, but they seemed to have gone to town with the extra episodes on Wednesday and Saturday. Was it worth it?

I was kinda let down about the Shabnam/Stacey thing. I wanted her to kick off! :laugh:

I'd give it a 6/10 atm. I have some good hopes about the New Years Day episode as that was better than the Christmas episode last year.

It was good but not fantastic but I like the fact how loads of new stories were kicked off in the 2 episodes

I think New Year is quickly becoming EastEnders forte rather than Christmas

I loved having some of my favourite ever characters right at the forefront, but can't help feel disappointed at the damage this Lucy story has done - Ian, Jane, Phil and even Sharon are all irredeemable now, especially for letting an innocent man go to prison

Sharon and Ian's friendship is iconic and it's been ruined by this story, but no don't it'll be fixed and all forgotten about by February

why do I watch ? EE can never change. I have been on this page for at least 5 years now.

For the days leading up to Christmas it was the Vincent/Ronnie/Phil drama but on the Christmas episode it was the whole Lucy thing which was a bit confusing. The kill off was a shock to me because I didn't know they were gonna die
