Day 36 - Live Eviction:

Nope cancel it. I have disagreed with every eviction so far this series, why are we losing the biggest characters? Nick was great with so much potential, he was only just getting started. Nick vs Emma could have been great. 51% is a lot as well. I swear Rebecca better not have the 47% to save :nono:

Day 37 - Live Nominations:

So happy with the nomination results. Jamie or Rebecca to go :clap1: Over the moon that Andrew saved Zoran - wasn't expecting it since he gave him 2 points. Not bothered about Susannah being picked in his place though. Very surprised she nominated Zoran also, seems a bit sly.

All 3 seem a bit similar and under the radar so would be interested to see this eviction result and percentages at the end of the week.

Ok I'm gonna try and reignite the BBAUS candle and I'm halfway through the launch of BBAUS 2014 (despite bad reviews, I'm here for Priya), and the BBAUS crowd can get extremely turned on, Dion was cheered to hysterics after his VT came on...

The cast so far seems very likeable, and good looking, but the Pairs twist seems meh, at the moment.

Though I know the outcome and the finalists, because of its recency, but I'm blindly watching the rest...

Watching BBAUS 2012 and the housmates are AMAZING. Definitley better than the basics of BBAUS 2014...

The live show set gives me a vibe that it was built completely last minute, and I prefer the 2013/2014 set...

Though the house makes up for it, probably the BEST BB house I have ever seen! It's better than the 2007, 2013 and 2014 houses combined!

Currently on Day 2 where George and Ryan come in, please don't give me any spoilers, I only know the first evictee and the final 3...

If I can get this done quickly, expect a Week 1 Ranking in a few hours...

Servants > Bollywood stars

LOVE Emma getting revenge by serving the stars with extra chilli powder in the meal. Rebecca was really struggling eek.

Due to some reason, I find that the males of BB9 stand out more than the females of BB9...maybe because the females keep on talking over each other...

I haven't really formed an opinion on everybody yet, especially some of the girls, maybe I will do my rankings after the first eviction...

Charne, one of the girls who I haven't formed an opinion of yet. I think she's a sweet girl, I don't understand the reasons for nominating her, maybe she was given a positive edit...

Estelle and Layla were not surprising.

Estelle, I liked her at the beginning, but after she started cuddling up to Ryan, I don't know what to think of her now (I was secretly hoping Bradley would nominate her)

Layla, I LOVE her. Her trying to grasp Aussie slang was funny, and I think she's quite misunderstood by her fellow housemates...

And not BB stirring **** up by revealing the amount of points each nominated housemate received...

However, this episode was refreshing as it made it "real" where people weren't pretending to like each other anymore and they were more honest. It's killing me not knowing the results but I guess I need to keep watching to find out.

Just watched Friday Night Live and I'm praying that Billy winning is a good sign for Emma. Also I feel I need to watch Bree and Fitzy's series next as I love them both.

SHOCKED by the result tbh. I was convinced Jamie was going after his rewards room meltdown. Why such a high eviction percentage for Susannah? Can't see what she did wrong. Not another week of Jamie and Rebecca, yawn.

Loving the new task with them living outside. With nowhere to go it's only going to cause tension as it did briefly with Laura and Daniela again. Love how they don't suspect that the secret room is actually luxury - whereas now that twist has been overdone in the UK now that secret rooms you'd just assume is luxury. Also Rebecca just needs to calm down everything she says gets on my nerves, though hope this goes against her and she's out this week. I can dream.

Yeah I'm getting the vibe that none of them are really friends, but the lack of arguments is down to the "game" and knowing that it could stop your chances of winning. Whereas BBUK they don't give a **** and will just kick off over parmesan

DEVASTATED and HEARTBROKEN that Emma has gone! By far my favourite housemate this series, I'm going to miss her. So sad about her Dad though, although I'd love to see her interview it was right that she didn't have one and spent time with her family instead. Pleased she lasted 50 days, though let's be honest without the twist of fate she'd have been out very early.

SO HAPPY that Rebecca has gone. Big shock though as I was convinced she'd be loved, but still over the moon as she was so depressing and dragged everyone down.

So just like the UK public, the Australians hate females! Aleisha being the last remaining original female standing. 4/8 ratio is crazy at this stage. Not 7 of the 9 evictions being women EEK bring back Kate, Emma and Demet.

Also the new housemates, Michelle seems fun but annoying. Think she could rub everyone up the wrong way, could rival Laura haha. I don't like Zach though, seems too full of himself.

Now that I've watched the rest of the episode...

Emma with 76% of the vote to evict out of 7 I am shook - Queen did not deserve that! Also so close between the remaining 6 could have easily been anyone. Rebecca's interview was a chore to watch, so pleased we've seen the back of her.

Emma finally getting her interview, so brave to come out after what she was just told about her Dad. The 10 questions seemed awkward Rebecca was so hyper, and you could tell Emma was getting really annoyed by her OOPS.

Can't decide whether I love Michelle or whether I hate her tbh - she's very loud and out there.

This eviction order is trash! Laura was an amazing housemate. Love how she was annoying Andrew in every possible way then as soon as he tried to annoy her she was having none of it. I hate the fact that 8 girls have gone compared to 2 boys that's a bit messy but don't think I like the decision to have all girls immune from the next nominations, I don't like interference with the format oops. First Australian final (other than BB9 - but I vaguely remember that)

This finale was a MESS not them not being able to count the votes :skull: The them doing literally everything they can to delay things I screamed. Also what on earth was that weird slow train thing going from the house to the studio with the ex housemates jumping on, looked like they were all going to be crushed. Crazy Australians :laugh2: Imagine not having enough time to have interviews for the final 2. I pleased Aleisha won thought, she was an early favourite of mine along with Emma :love:

Lmao in this second weel lot of things changed personally.
Andy looked so delusional, being desperate for attention. Like in the uncut episode she was all along talking sex, like give it a stop you have a husband watching. I was upset with the nomms but overall out of those 3 i couldn't care less on who goes.
The whole thing with Gordon in the last episode, was disgusting to watch. Poor Gordon he looked like a puppy of her, luckily at least he had morals and a girlfriend and decided not to shag Andy phew.
Blair is prolly one of the few that isn't all about sex and appearance, so Christine even though I am not a fan with this story of Pete.

Day 28- Todd evicted

I can't believe this. This show is so rigged. In saturday's episode, sarah marie was on the lead of the votes, and then she became last with the votes. This was honestly rigged.
Also Greta on Saturday show, literally say " save Sara Marie". Like isn't the point of a host, be completely impartial ? I am just speechless.
Todd interview was so poor. They only talked about the fact he stinked, instead of talking of the whole thing with christine and pete for the wedding and his feud with Sara Marie.
I am very very disappointed. Now i saw from tumbnails that sarah marie stays until the final and i 'm even more upset now.
why getting rid of todd and not of gordon ? todd came across much better live than gordon, what gordon brought?
I'm very very upset. Not because of the season, because the season is okay, but because i feel like the production is really deciding who stays and who goes.

So like I kinda gave up this serie, bc honestly the episodes aren't giving me much. I kinda spoilered myself the outcome because I couldn't give a toss, but I will try go and staying one episode per day and try to carry this home.
Did i mention that everything about this is around Sara Marie ? Like even the narrator was like " At least Sara Marie can breath easily this week". Like how am i supposed to watch a show when everyone is up on the ass of only one housemate.
Other things i didn' tlike: BB showed a footage of peter not treating well the hcickens and i think that influenced nominations. And now watching the uncut a psichology is going hard at Peter bc apparently he is playing with Johnny feelings. Like no.

I just like how laid back and calm BB used to be. As much as I love going back to basics, it won't work in this age of Reality TV.

The cast seems very chill as well, I'm used to secret missions in BBAU within the first week so it's great to see the housemates just being set free. Jemma and Sharna thinking if the chickens would ever hook up and make more little chickens :joker:

Actually glad the highlights are only 20 minutes long, it may seem short but BBAU utilises it so well and gives sufficient airtime to as many of the housemates as possible.

Even though I don't really mind BBAU casting people based hugely on their age, looks and sex appeal. (2005 did a fantastic job on this, 2014 did horribly.) It's great to see diverse casting on BBAU and it's definitely the direction whoever picks up the show needs to head to in terms of casting.

Kyle isn't that much of a good host. Even though some of his jokes are funny, the way he treated Travis (asking him why his voice is so high-pitched, telling him to "come out of the closet" when introducing him). Jackie O is an alright host and she can do a decent job presenting the show by herself, though she lacks the spunk Gretel has. Not going to say if Jackie O is better than Sonia just yet though...

The female cast is great, especially Bianca and Rima (though I know what happens to her). Aside from Travis the male cast isn't really that special but I can see some potential in a few of them.

Launch Show was great like most BBAU launches. The house is okay, nothing too special but I would hate sharing that one huge bed. Looks so uncomfortable but it would make for great viewing.

Always said Jackie O should have been given the chance to go solo. Producers tried so much in BB08, most of which didn't work, but I do think they'd have learned alot and it's a shame Ten didn't give it another year and let Jackie O host solo.


As for rewatch, I would recommend BB03. For me their opening twist is the best in Big Brother history worldwide and it's never really been repeated in the way Australia did it.
