I find it odd too on a show that's to do with strategy that the production then don't like strategy and wants a more BBUK approach instead.

BBCAN is really overrated imo, 4 seasons in and it still doesn't know what it wants to be, and as you said it punishes the players that are actually following the concept of the programme and that's to strategize.

BBCAN also needs to stop doing twists to save the Showmances all of the time, first Jon and Neda in series 2, and now Jared and Kelsey in this series, it needs to stop because if they're playing a bad game then they need to go.

I think there's no way Mitch would've gone THIS week without the twist happening (especially on a Raul HOH) but tbh Mitch was starting to become a target anyway. He would've had to get in a lucky situation to go all the way. Probably would've been gone within a few weeks but I guess we'll never know now.

Kelsey being evicted and then being brought back isn't fan fiction.

I've never even seen a clip of Emmett speaking, the only thing I've seen of him was him smooching Julian (or whatever her name was) so it's unfair for me to judge him.

And with Mitchell again I haven't seen much of this series bar a few clips and what my Brother and here have been saying, and from what I can tell was that Mitchell had a gameplan that was gonna take him to the top 6, and the production with their loving of Showmances decided to punish Mitchell for daring to take one of them out by him and Loveita influencing Joel to take Kelsey out.

Mitch's speech was the first time I've liked him. Up until now I haven't enjoyed or respected his 'weasel' game but I loved Badass Mitch! And when he engineered the Kelsey/Maddie/Ramsey confrontation, I loved that too. So he's redeemed himself for me but I'm still glad he left because I prefer Joel.

because strategy is inherently boring, Mitch really wasn't that good at the game, Tim really isn't that smart, and Dan's funeral was a bunch of theatrics and not that amazing of a move itself.
