Why did she reveal who it was like say his name?

Greg!
13-05-2016, 12:09 AM
Hope Nikki destroys the brothers with her question

JerseyWins
13-05-2016, 12:12 AM
Nick with an EXCELLENT answer to that question. :clap1:

Phil is so bad at this. He should let Nick talk, he actually could do this.

Greg!
13-05-2016, 12:14 AM
What a shįt answer

Mokka
13-05-2016, 12:14 AM
Urgggh...brothers suck.

Go Kelsey

LukeB
13-05-2016, 12:14 AM
Nick is better at answering than Phil

Greg!
13-05-2016, 12:15 AM
I think the bros will get the public vote which is vile

Greg!
13-05-2016, 12:15 AM
I still can't remember whose Nick and whose Phil

Mokka
13-05-2016, 12:16 AM
I think the bros will get the public vote which is vile

Ewww...don't make me hate my own country :worry:

Calderyon
13-05-2016, 12:16 AM
Phil, stop talking, youīre embarrassing yourself.

Nick would have won this, if he was alone in the final 2.

LukeB
13-05-2016, 12:16 AM
I think Kelsey has this in the bag, well it's better than the bros win.

Greg!
13-05-2016, 12:17 AM
Ewww...don't make me hate my own country :worry:

I voted for queen Kels

Calderyon
13-05-2016, 12:17 AM
Arisa is going fill the last seat and give Canadaīs vote, i think.

LukeB
13-05-2016, 12:18 AM
Would not surprise me if the last juror was the brothers mother because Kelsey had more votes. :idc:

JerseyWins
13-05-2016, 12:19 AM
Lol wtf was Phil doing. :joker:

He's usually not a bad talker but jesus that was bad. On the other hand, Nick killed it with all his answers.

Jack_
13-05-2016, 12:20 AM
Ummm why was the roundtable in the studio? :umm2: trash

loooooool Phil is so AWFUL his answers are terrible and he just needs to shut up, he's handing Kelsey the game one juror at a time. Though tbh Kelsey's ramblings aren't really coherent answers either so

Nikki's question lmao <3

Jack_
13-05-2016, 12:20 AM
also Jon needs a haircut

Calderyon
13-05-2016, 12:20 AM
Kelsey has 2 locked votes and a vote from Cassandra as well, i think. She only needs 2 votes.

JerseyWins
13-05-2016, 12:20 AM
Nick had great answers. Phil & Kelsey were terrible. :joker:

Calderyon
13-05-2016, 12:21 AM
So Ramsey is still part of the jury, technically.

Greg!
13-05-2016, 12:22 AM

Calderyon
13-05-2016, 12:24 AM
Nick and Phil killed that last speech, tbh.

Jack_

Oh one other thing I forgot, the intro to the finale was so damn good  the production quality on this show puts every other version to shame, it really does

STOP THE BREAKS.. I want to know

Calderyon
13-05-2016, 12:50 AM
^ I was thinking that actually. And they had a passionate kiss also.

I guess that means that in BBCAN a showmancer is more likely to win than a lone wolf.

Kelsey winning wouldnīt have been much better though.

One of the most unexpected jury votes of all time that, just wow

An incredible season with the most dreadful of endings :( the fact I stayed up in Rome to watch this on my phone only for it to end this way...why did I bother

zakman440
13-05-2016, 01:06 AM
Despite the winner, this has been an absolutely brilliant season of Big Brother. If Tim would've won it would've toppled Tim's original season as my favourite series of Big Brother ever, but I'd still rank this season highly. Big Brother Canada's originality with the International Wildcards twist, their respect towards the fans and the drive to keep production standards means that they've earnt their status as the best version of Big Brother internationally once again.

(It's also been the first season that I've followed all the way through as it happened + my first experience of watching the Live Feeds! It's been brilliant to share with you all )

Macie Lightfoot
13-05-2016, 01:06 AM

This..

and it really wasn't going to be 8-1 in that situation because

1.Maddy would not vote Kelsey
2.Kelsey is part of the 3rd wheel and no one likes them so ofc the bros will get more votes.

I thought it would have been close but I guess Kelsey ****ed it up for herself with her answers and her rubbish speech. The bros are awful but Nick was good with the answers and they wanted this so bad and Kelsey acted like it wasn't a big deal so didn't show how much she wants to win.

Ross.

Tragic ending

I'm so glad I didn't follow the posts in this thread while I was watching because I knew inevitably someone would do something like this

Yes the result may have been **** but I wouldn't have wanted to spend three months watching a show to then have the result inadvertently given away before it ended, keep spoilers to the designated thread it's really not fair

well I'm still happy Tim didn't win so yes I'm happy with myself thank u

So you prefer the brothers winning over Tim? Xenophobia over a camera*****? That's really not a good look oop

Anyway, as awful as the finale was (not even about the winner but this **** did not need to be two hours), I realized that the end game really pushed 4 ahead of 3, it's not even close. I think BB4 actually gives BB2 a run for its money :o the only thing that 2 does better is have a more likable cast.

BB1 will never be topped though

Oh come on, as if they wouldn't have been even worse had Kelsey won. You and a few others who were ironically supporting her would've lauded the 'yay a recruit won aren't recruits so amazing yay' line for years to come

Some people would've been happy with Tim winning, others not. Don't see how there'd be any overreactions, if anything more delight that the brothers didn't win

Just got done watching it, So tragic that they won, I feel like a lot of the jury members where bitter in a way. I will never re-watch this season due to the ending.

Oh well onto BBUSA and BBUk

TomC

It has been a fantastic season, so many great moments.

But I am absolutely disgusted at the end result. Literally the final four finished in my reverse order of preference, and that could be said for the final six too, just with Joel a bit lower.

The bros were horrible *****, I'm so shocked they won. When Maddy said 'I never thought I'd vote this way' I thought she was meaning she was voting for Kelsey :omgno: And then I thought Mitch said he would give his vote to one of the Third Wheel if they got to the F2? And I thought Nikki, Cass and Tim would vote for Kelsey.

I have really never felt so disappointed in the end of a RTV series. Literally, my favourite has lost out almost every time since Nikki's eviction.

Also far too many montages in that final. I really like the BBUS/CAN format but this result has totally turned me off it. :umm2:

Jack_
13-05-2016, 10:42 AM
Was a really nice touch letting Ramsey cast Canada's vote, a few people were suggesting that on Twitter so I'm glad they listened

Ramsey could have won this

I'm convinced he was on track to. He won both Veto comps when he was on the block, threw the ones he didn't need, began building a relationship with Jared, was unbelievably never on anyone's radar whatsoever and had great bonds with most of the jury. I think there's a chance he could've comp beasted his way to a win

It's sad he had to leave, I'd have taken him winning over this disgusting final two any day

I really like the BBUS/CAN format but this result has totally turned me off it. :umm2:

Don't let it. You win some and lose some with this format but at least the winners (usually) do so on merit.

For what it's worth all of the BBCan winners up until now have been great, well one I wasn't keen on but they aren't hateable

I can't be bothered to watch the finale but what good moments were there?

What did people say when casting their vote?

The intro was amazing, I enjoyed the season recap at the top of the show, part 1 of the HoH was visually incredible. Part 2 had a bit of drama with Kelsey stalling and Tim quitting, the jury's reaction when they realised they couldn't vote for Tim and we had this awful F2, the questioning is good for how embarrassing all of their answers were oh and the brothers got dragged for filth during, Arisa calling Maddy out for having two showmances and then absolutely obliterating Nick in her reply, I always find the voting interesting and then they did a drama & Tikki recap VT's that were great

I thought the finale was good bar the result

Braden
13-05-2016, 11:11 AM
Thank you, Jack

What did Nikki say when she cast her vote?

Jack_
13-05-2016, 11:25 AM
Something like 'my winner ended up in the jury with me, but oh well, this still has to be done. Congratulations'

I actually thought she'd stumble locking her vote in (and God forbid pull a Topaz) but she did it smoothly

talking of Topaz I love how still every finale Arisa always repeats herself like 'let me be crystal clear, you are voting for the person you want to WIN' :joker:

Wizard.

Why was Kelsey's answers and speech so bad?? Surely she would've prepared herself like after she studied. I know the bros answers and speech weren't good either but Nick talked quite eloquently.

Kelsey answers were not good but every time Phil opened his mouth he literally said the dumbest things you could possibly say. His answers made Kelsey's answers look good. Lucikly he had Nick there to bail him out a couple times.

Congrats Steve you are not the worst winner ever!

But like seriously having winners like Brothers, Steve, Derrick, John, Andy, Ian for the past couple of years is really turning me off..

From now on i will never hope we can have a decent winners, i almost feel like you have to be basic trash to win big brother

Derrick was boring to watch on tv but he played a great game. The others winners weren't that good though.

It's only now occurred to me how selfish Tim was at the end of the series. He clearly wasn't that arsed about winning, yet robbed his best friend Cassandra of that opportunity.

Sorry but Cass was the selfish one here, I love her as much as the next person but to expect someone to give up their game for you 70 odd days into the season and at F4 is just absurd

One of them should have won the Veto and they really should've been studying more. Once they lost all our hopes were gone, had Tass made F3 at least one of them would've been guaranteed F2 (and would probably have won). I'm gutted at the way things turned out but it all came down to that one comp and they should have been more prepared

Forget your hate towards the bros and kelsey etc but if you were a juror who would you cast your vote to?

For me, I would cast it to the bros  (they are at the bottom of my rankings) they played better than Kelsey kind of and they wanted to win so much but Kelsey wasn't bothered about it at all and didn't even try to gain the votes.

Cassandra, being the closest person to Tim, clearly knew he wasn't bothered by winning. This was proven to be correct by what he did in the final HOH.

If he wanted someone else to win then why would he not give the POV to his closest ally to help her? Cassandra was selfish because it was her only option since Kelsey was playing for the brothers and there was no way they wanted Cass in the f3 over Tim. It was set in stone.

The fact that Tim gave up so easily is such a kick in the teeth to everyone who wanted to be in the final 3 so badly. It's kind of a joke tbh.

Kelsey. Her social game is really underrated on here. The girl was evicted and made F2, came back after spending time with Loveita with a new passion to play, she used her looks to her advantage with the brothers, she got on with most people on the jury bar Maddy. She won comps at the perfect times.

The brothers are ****ing morons, they were in a great place socially until the half way point, they then got GIVEN an HoH through pure bull**** luck when it should've been Nikki's and it all went to their head. They decided they wanted to side with the biggest threat left in the game - Jared - someone whom had been calling for them to be backdoored just a week earlier, all because they wanted to be in the ~cool gang~. They failed to evict Tim when they put him up in Ramsey's place so that's target one failed. Phil's rampant xenophobia and refusal to consult Nick (even when he won the comp) then led them to miss ANOTHER target in Cass by putting up the 'foreigners' enabling her to use the Veto to save the Threekshow. As a result they evicted Nikki ****ing Grahame of all people, probably the biggest goat of all time.

They were totally rude to Cass, Tim and Nikki and it's a miracle they didn't burn their jury votes and pretty much the only thing they have going for them is comp wins but they really aren't everything. They were delusional twats.

I was rooting for Tim 100% right up until he gave up in round 2, such a stupid and annoying move compounded with his "I'm a wildcard" spiel really rubbed me up the wrong way. Literally, all he has to do was keep throwing evicted housemates up in order and he would have hit it eventually, and he would have done so in under 50 minutes. Giving up at that stage was so woeful I became entirely disinterested in who won. I look forward to seeing Mitch and Nikki (and I'd expect Ramsey) in BBCan All-Stars.

It wasn't just the bros being rude, most of the cast were rude towards each other, Kelsey claims to be a 'nice girl' which is hilarious, most people on twitter laugh when she says that and on Neda's snapchat she had old houseguests around and even they laughed at that bull****e :joker:. The bros were playing Big Brother, Kelsey was playing friendship bracelets. The bros are vile but they had more passion.

The bros were a target from day 1 and Kelsey was evicted and wouldn't have been F2 if it wasn't for that twist. The person who gets to the final without being evicted has a higher chance of getting my vote.

But basically everyone was already planning on taking the brothers out at that point so it was smart of them to side with Jared & Kelsey. They actually gained their trust that week and finally had a legit group. Cass/Tim/Joel were already together and the brothers and Jared/Kelsey were already their main targets. They would've done the others' work for them by taking Jared out. Jared/Kelsey were also the stronger competitors to side with and they needed comp wins at that point in the game to survive. They had survived up to that point with their social game just barely getting themselves through ever since being a huge target in week 1.

It's still pretty damn impressive regardless of them making a couple boneheaded mistakes that you mention.

The fact that Tim gave up so easily is such a kick in the teeth to everyone who wanted to be in the final 3 so badly. It's kind of a joke tbh.

It was the brothers Veto though, not his. He can't decide what to do with it.

They had all made a F3 pact and neither the brothers nor Kelsey were going to budge on that based upon how much they insisted they never lied.

I'm as disappointed as anyone else that Tim quit the last HoH comp, but the more I've thought about it, the more I've realised it wasn't going to affect the overall result anyway. Yes he had about twenty more minutes on Kelsey to complete the last question, but if she could waste so much time just needing to switch two of the dice around when she'd studied, he could definitely have taken longer needing to rearrange all of the dice when he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I also doubt he'd have beaten Phil in part three anyway.

It was all over when he lost part one, but even then...against Kelsey in part three? It just wasn't happening. The lesson here is that you need to study.

But Tim had already had the joy of 'winning'. Funny how he suddenly had this epiphany that he wanted others to experience. I'm sure Tim could have done a pretty good job on Kelsey.

Don't buy into that, he was just saying it to save face. He wanted to win just as much as anyone else did and I'm amazed anyone, especially the houseguests, ever bought into it. It was a strategy to make him appear less threatening and it amazingly worked.

If he could have done a good job on Kelsey he'd have managed to persuade her to take him to F2 and he didn't.

What Cass and Tim should have done is tried to persuade the brothers to use the Veto on him and make him the voter by convincing them that Kelsey and Cass were in cahoots and she'd vote him out, so Tim would keep his word and evict Cass. Then when it came down to it break the promise again and send Kelsey out the door.

It's a very long shot but if they could pull off what they did the week previous it would've been worth a shot and I'm sad they didn't think of it.

The bottom line of it is that asking someone to roll over and quit for you like Cass was doing is just silly so late into the game and it's actually disrespectful to herself to try and stick around like that. They should have won the Veto.

Gutted about the final 2, but between them I'm pleased the brothers won over Kelsey. I didn't like them but they were slightly less 'meh', and to be fair they did great in the challenges etc. And anyway, I've loved watching this format so I feel like I can't really complain about the winner without it being a complaint about the format, you can't really have it both ways, if you're not going to have a public vote then you have to accept that your faves will most likely not win. I really hate the bros and Kelsey but hated the bros more so I would have preferred a Kelsey win but coming to think of it I'm glad the brothers won over Kelsey. Yeah I pretty much agree with this. Like, before the final I would have said the brothers winning was worst case scenario, but when it came down to the F2 I realised that personal feelings aside, they deserved it more, and Kelsey just came across like she couldn't care less.

I felt annoyed at Tim watching the final too, but thinking about it, he can't really be blamed for Cass not getting further, she has to take responsibility for herself, and it shouldn't really be up to Tim to carry her. At the time, when he had the choice of saving Cass, he didn't feel like he was ready to leave, and he wanted to win etc, and even if that changed later on, it's still fair enough that he felt like that at the time and made his decision based on it. It was up to him to play the game how he chooses and as much as I love her, Cass is the only one who can really be blamed for leaving when she did.

@Jack_ How do you even know Cassandra wouldn't have beaten Kelsey in part 2 HOH... did you forget Kelsey won that by default? and don't forget the F4 veto comp..Cassandra was one minute behind Nick. Phil sucked at the last part of HOH so Cassandra could have easily beat him..and then Cassandra would have won BBCAN4

The only comp Cass won this season wasn't even by her own doing, and yes she may have been a minute behind Nick in the F4 Veto but let's not forget Kelsey struggled to find the last clue (which isn't a test of memory, just finding something), had she done so she'd have been in second

There was no way she was winning part one, and I still don't think she'd have won part two or three either. She may have studied but not nearly as much as the brothers or Kelsey did, even if Phil did suck in part three

And again, Kelsey was never going to keep Cass. People can keep peddling this 'Tim should have quit for Cass' all they like, but it wasn't his Veto, he wasn't voting...it's not up to him. The brothers, Kelsey and him made a pact and her loyalty was evidently not going to waiver so Cass wasn't going to make F3 ever. Had Tim or Cass won the F4 Veto, at least one of them would have been guaranteed F2 and they would've won this season

LukeB

Her answers were terrible like Phil's (luckily he had Nick) but Kelsey's speech is the worst ever speech I've ever seen, she studied the comps but didn't think of a good speech.

It just annoys me when people quit comps when it's important for them to win it because Tim should have known if he didn't win that then he's guaranteed 3rd place. In season 3, 2 people quit a comp which was important for them and their alliance. But I know he shouldn't be the blame for Cassandra going.

Did you forget she won veto by herself a mental one? She had a stronger chance at winning part 2 tbh and deffo part 3 because Phil didn't even know anything.

Ah yes so she did, but it's still pointless arguing the toss over this because it didn't matter - once they lost the F4 Veto she wasn't making F3 and I don't see how you envisage her doing so?

^ the brothers and Kelsey were as bad as each other and I'd put them both on par with them tbh

Honestly one of the most embarrassing jury questioning and final statement segments I've ever seen

I've never seen a jury speech before and I cringed at both of them tbh  The brothers' was better though, yes they stumbled a few times but they put more passion into it.

This should've been Kelsey's speech

Arisa nailed it on Twitter the other day tbh, this jury was obsessed with 'owning your game' and both Kelsey and the brothers completely misread them, constantly trying to make out they never lied or did anything wrong

Mitch and Joel actually even deliberately gave Kelsey the opportunity to show how she had some kind of strategy to earn their vote and she just kept regurgitating 'I was loyal to my friends you know, I love Jared and Raul so much, I didn't want to lie in this game'. This is probably one of the only instances in North American BB history where the vote was actually determined on finale night. She blew it

It makes me sad how this F3 is the worst F3 ever. Tim was the most vile housemate in there until Jared started being horrible towards females and bros went into Xenophobia mode.

:joker: Tim was never ever as vile as Jared at any point, he was never vile at all

How can you say Tim bringing up Nikki's illness during an argument is not vile? :umm2:

omg are we still going on about this, yes it was vile but it was once! What else did he do that was so vile? Shout in the DR? oh yeah such a crime

If Nikki can forgive him then I don't see the issue, this was one instance like two months ago :umm2: that doesn't make someone a 'vile person', he has nothing on Jared and the brothers

BIB. Since when have I been against shouting in the DR? I'm not one of those people who thinks shouting is worse than racism and I'm a fan of Zach Rance/Johhny Mac.

It was a ****ed up comment and it was one of the worst things to be said of BBCAN4 until the bros xenophobia(if they weren't xenophobic then they wouldn't have been that bad because most of the cast treated others terribly). He was a vile person at the time but Jared and the bros took over that title.

I know, so then what else is it that makes him a 'vile person'? One isolated incident does not define a person, Jared's misogyny was on-going, as was the brothers xenophobia, as was Aaryn's racism, as was Scumanda's bullying. These all define a person. One comment, as vile as it may have been, said in the the heat of an argument does not define somebody and the insinuation that it does is really quite stupid

He was never a 'vile person'
