Also i'm looking at this pretty objectively given that I haven't rated Cassandra high as a favorite all season, just high in terms of good gameplay. Kind of like Neda, if Cassandra manages to make it all the way, I will like her solely out of respect versus liking her as a person. Time will tell! :)

2. I most certainly think she did. Not to mention the fact that she seems to be the only one utilizing her goodbye messages to her benefit which to me, is an excellent indication of having good gameplay.

3. With Sarah I liked her occupation, her political views and her friendships. I know you didn't like her as a person nor as a player. Perhaps, we agree more on BBUSA because BBUSA tend to cast such awful female players that I always root for the males and maybe we appreciate similar male players but not female ones? Just a thought.

Good point Braden! Not to mention the fact that Nikki has numerously said that if she wins HOH she wants Cassandra gone, so really it's in her best interest to get Nikki out so people 'think' that Cassandra is the best person to take to final 2... little do they know... :blush::hehe:

Wanting Andy to win BB15USA is a good example of that. Despised him as a person but I definitely thought he had played the best game of the season. Which is why a win like Jordan BB11 frustrates me so much because both Natalie and Kevin were better players than her and had a far better understanding and love for the game.

I think it's more of a case of she's relying on Tim/Joel to cut Jared/Kelsey because ultimately she has the bestest chance against Kelsey in a final 2 scenario. By not coming after Jared/Kelsey who are both emotional players, Cassandra avoids the wrath of the remaining one and then has the perfect pitch to convince that person to take her to final 2, where she can beat them.

I really don't think she is planning on taking Nikki out though, that's more of a worst case scenario if Jared wins veto AND takes the bros off. If you leave Jared and/or Kelsey off the block you run the risk of one of them winning the Veto, taking the brothers down or the other one down and forcing yourself to put up someone on your own side, reducing the numbers to 2-2 again or even 3-1 for Jelsey/brothers D:

I would put Kelsey up as a backdoor and just put up Jared/The Bros. Destroying the showmance will not only help her campaign it would also please the jury. It's too risky to keep Jared now because he could win the next HOH and send her out. Everyone in the house knows her loyalty to Tim and her game especially after Maddy's meeting. Not only is using Nikki as a pawn bad at this stage it's also not a good move because you have to think on who can win a comp (Last week and this week was Nikki's only chance)

Showmances are terrible but it's one of the most powerful positions to be it, Jillian and Emmett dominated they way through and there was a time where they won back to back HOHs. Jon and Neda also sailed through to the final 3 because they carried each other. Zach and Ashleigh are the only ones who didn't make final 3 together because Ashleigh won her way to the finale by winning POV after POV after Pov. Godfrey took her out because he didn't want another showmance winning :laugh:

Also you have to think of the comps during the finale..

Part 1 - Endurance
Part 2 - A Comp about what happened throughout the season (against Nikki is perfect because Nikki hasn't studied what happened each day)
Part 3 - Questions about jury.

In my opinion Joel is still in the best position to win the game.

He is in good terms with Jared and Kelsey (even though he nominated them), he is in an alliance with Tim & Cassandra and has a good relationship with Nikki. Phil & Nick are not his enemies as of now.

He is not a prime target to anyone at the moment, and i could see him in final 3/4 without doing much at this point.

It may be extremely unlikely that Tim and Joel flip and I don't think it's in their best interests either but in Cass' position she shouldn't be taking any unnecessary risks like that with so few people left, having 3 secure votes is a lot better than the uncertainty of a tie.

I don't think she should be targeting the brothers at all personally (though I don't care if they leave cause it'll be hilarious comeuppance), it should be Jared. I agree that a F2 with Kelsey is probably in her best interests and that'll only be more achievable if she gets Jared out so she's alone, plus she gets that move on her resume too.

The point I'm making is that Jared stands a huge chance of winning the Veto so either way he should go on the block so he can't save Kelsey/the brothers should he win and **** everything up. If you put Jared and the brothers up then regardless one of them is going home because you stick Kelsey up as a replacement and there's 3 votes to their 1.

I would disagree. Some of the best players ever weren't particularly strong in the comp setting. I believe it's all about using all your strengths and weaknesses to your advantage that makes a good player. Jun (BB4) for example or Will (BB2) had no need to win comps and yet still won their respective seasons!

Three's a frustrating one. On the one hand I like the fact that on the whole we had a cast that were willing to make big moves for self-preservation rather then the 'what the house wants' agenda that has hurt this season at times, plus we had great characters in Sarah, Brittnee and the criminally underrated Godfrey. But at the same time I felt the production interference (whilst well intended) made the end-game play out somewhat artificially.

Nah this isn't true, there is far too much emphasis put on comp wins these days in North American Big Brother when it's at its heart a social game.

Dr Will threw pretty much every comp he ever played in, volunteered to be put on the block, told everyone he was a liar and not to be trusted and asked to be voted out and he still won (almost twice). It's testament to someone's social game that they can rely on their powers of manipulation and persuasion to survive alone. Jun and Andy are much the same although the latter did take a few HoH's, perhaps in BBCan Godfrey's the best (and most underrated) example. It's a mean feat and isn't appreciated enough.

Winning comps is just as viable a strategy and there's nothing wrong with it, but relying on social game alone to survive is I'd argue far harder.

Oh I don't think it should be Kelsey and the brothers, that's just as bad. Jared has to go on the block, he's won the most comps this season including two Veto's and is the biggest threat to win another. If he stays off the block and wins, he can take the brothers down and yes Kelsey would go up and probably go but then you've got both the brothers and Jared after you

Kelsey's yet to win a comp so the chances of her saving someone with the Veto are a lot slimmer

I don't think that Tim and Joel will flip tbh. By the sounds of it, they both had a good night with Nikki last night + Cass let Nikki sleep in the HOH with her. If it goes to plan and ends up in a tie, I think it's safe to say that Jared will go this week.
