Do you think we will have a separate main house launch and second house launch? I think they should have separate launches but not consecutive launches, like have the main launch on the Friday, and the second house launch the following week?

Yeah I think it'll go back to a two-part launch

yeah I think 2 launches would work better as it could get quite confusing and messy jumping between the 2 houses on launch with the twists and stuff.

Just the one please, I never enjoyed the split launches

It'll have to be a two part launch won't it? I realised that they can't have 20 or more housemates going in one night.

I'll feel physically sick if they do it. Nothing I hate more

They can do an 8/8 split, I very much doubt the houses are gonna exist in 'secret' at this point and if they do the producers are even bigger morons than I thought

Idg the issue with two part launches. I actually liked them TBH I was always really excited for the second launch following the first.

I hate two part launches but I can't see them not doing it this year

Two part launches are a bit 2014

I liked the BB14 two part launch. It didn't really work for BB15 because the housemate VTs were so boring and the cast was a lot worse than BB14

A 2 part launch would work best with 2 houses so I would be fine with it

Two part launches are tragic

There's nothing to gain from them doing it in secret. It'll just be like watching two separate series' of Big Brother if that happens.

Just one launch please. BB14 was alright I guess but BB15 was awful.

Was it BB9 when 4 housemates entered on a different night than the rest of the housemates? Could be a similar situation, with a smaller group entering the extension before?

It could just as easily work with one launch, they'd just fill one house and then the other, they wouldn't be jumping from one to the other!

I don't really have a preference, but they cant really call the second a launch night unless somethings actually launching, be it a second house or the series itself.

No. 4 housemates entered first and were given a secret mission before the other 12 housemates joined them.

It depends entirely on how the series is going to be set up.

We still don't know for sure that if it will be about two houses that exist separately.

Not BB9? Can't think what you're on about unless you mean Ziggy entering on Day 3 on BB8 but he was the only one until like a week later

Or CBB5 when Jade, Jack and Jackiey entered afterwards?

I hope it isn't personally, I'd much rather they utilised the extension better and made it one massive house

On another thread it says the launch is Tuesday 7th for 2 hours, surely that's everyone? Can't imagine 2 hour launch being just for 1 house. There's a 90 minute episode on Friday 10th though - hoping it's not an eviction, wouldn't mind a twist if it's not ridiculous.

I'm still disappointed it's joined by a daft corridor. I want them to utilise the whole space.

Hopefully they make it into a big house for BB18 or something

Me too, I'd rather they have connected the gardens together to make a bigger one too

I have this awful feeling that even with the extension it's not going to look like much has changed internally, especially if they make it a 'task arena' :umm2: I'd only want that if it's the US format

Aww not them using half the space for task rooms ala BB9. :(

Ew and task rooms have been a thing ever since, I ****ing hate them. I much preferred how they used to have the task take over the entire house and garden and was properly themed

In BB8 Brian, Billi, Liam and Jonathon all entered on Day 17 just before the first eviction.

I assumed he wasn't on about that since housemates entered late in every channel 4 series. I assumed he just meant like a few days after the launch night not 3 weeks later
