It's been rumoured since the land before time, what are your opinions on it for BB17?

No but i'm hoping they prove me wrong and it ends up being good

Yes I like that they've invested time and money into new ideas

I'm intrigued by it. I don't want it to be like "two different series though"
I want 1 winner etc.

It depends on what the production is about to do with the two houses.

Well I haven't seen it play out yet so I can't really decide if I like it or not.

That's why he said do you like the 'idea'...

Depends on how it is executed.

Unsure. I'll give it a chance but I'm not overly optimistic. It's the same production team that created BB16, so yeah they're trying new things, but they tried new things last year too and look how that turned out.

I really don't know, I'm going to have to reserve judgement

If I could choose I'd rather just have one house and a normal series but I'm not totally against it yet.

Its new and interesting yeah, I'm a lot more exciting for the upcoming series than I would be if it was just same old house, same old ideas hidden behind some tragic theme like last year
I hope halfway through they merge into one massive house tho

I want to see how it's like first. I'm open to the idea though.

Yes I like this idea, but just worry BB will just keep it going just for a few days & then they will reveal to the house that friends & family are staying in the house next door.

Yeah but only if there's no celebs

Out of all the twists in BBAU, the two-house twist was my favourite. It's a way of changing the show without having to change the rules of the game. You're simply just not telling one house about the other. I hope it will be executed well though.
Edit: I'll just add, on the launch night of the Australian show, the public didn't actually know there were going to be two houses until the last 5-10 minutes of the launch. When it clicked that one housemate was in one house alone overnight, then another 7 had all entered the second house, it was a surprise for all of us. Maybe that created a lot of excitement about the twist. So hopefully the UK version delivers it well :)
..I don't know, I think it could work if it creates the same thing or a similar thing to old style BB, with 'rich/poor house' type divide...it would be interesting to see two houses independently competing in tasks, without each having knowledge of the other...

I like the idea in theory but it will all depend on the execution. C5 haven't shown great managerial skills since they took over the reigns which doesn't fill me with a great amount of hope that they will get this right.
If the second house has Z-List celebs and the ghastly Helen Wood, I will definitely not enjoy it.
