I think my answer is fairly obvious

I'm not really fussed tbh, I do like it as it offers a good insight into the show but I never watched it as it's on so late nowadays. No other show really offers such updates that I'm kind of grateful for what they already give us

Yeah I would watch it if we got some in the afternoon, I always watched BB14's two hour feed at like 7-9.

I used to love watching them asleep when i woke up back in the early days, it was so weird at the time

I'm in bed by 10-11 most nights apart from weekends so, for me, I won't be missing anything. The fact that the show doesn't have live feed is a complete joke but i've accepted it's not happening.

Yes and no.

Yes because it makes this show more honest, interesting and reactive, and will improve its popularity.

No because I came to accept that C5 aren't going to budge along time ago, so I'm past caring. I just enjoy the show for what it is, any run-of-the-mill trashy reality show that airs for 48 minutes a night that I just happen to have loyalty to. When I want to enjoy Big Brother for what it actually is I just turn to the far superior versions across the Atlantic, BBCan and BBUS.

This.

C5 don't want it, if they did give us 24/7 feed back that'd be lovely, but it's not going to happen, so I'm past getting annoyed and caring.

I mean, any other year I'd agree and say that I've accepted it for what it is, but it's the fact that they're marketing this year as being all change and that "nothing will be the same", plus the fact that they've just spent a ****load of money on a house extension, new eviction studio and all the technology that goes alongside that. It just seems ridiculous that they're not going to budge on the one thing that's holding the show back - and ultimately the show will suffer as a result.

I thought the live feed didn't do that well in terms of popularity in CBB16/17?

Honestly I am really. I wouldn't watch it most of the time but I'd know about anything significant from others posting about it and just having it there as an option is nice (and a basic requirement of the Big Brother format so people who want it aren't asking too much), and it just lets you make much more rounded opinions than you can without it.

I've been able to enjoy BB just fine without it but it certainly detracts quite significantly from the whole atmosphere of the show.

Not bothered tbh it makes no difference for me, I'd probably just read updates from people on here or watch clips uploaded online to see if anything of interest had happened.

Frow said that he was happy with the figures during CBB16 though, hence why it was brought back for CBB17 (plus I'm sure that I read somewhere that it was outrating BOTS on most nights). That's besides the point anyway - if they put it online and actually promoted it it'd attract a whole new audience (both in the UK and internationally).

I like live feed. There's more to discuss and more news

Even though I'm not bothered, I'd rather have Live Feed than BOTS if they really do believe it comes down to costs - both get the same amount of viewers anyway

No, we haven't had it since BB11. I never watched it when it existed. I don't watch BBCAN feeds and they're free, although I do read update twitter accounts.

without slick editing

24/7 Live Feed is worth paying for
Ch4 did that once

Same. BBCAN confirmed this for me. I didn't watch any of the feeds but just knowing it was there added so much to the overall feel of the show (and reading the updates from those who watched it was great). I don't believe the excuse of cost. BB1 had 24 hr live feed online and it was low budget, buried in a late night time slot show that wasn't expected to get many viewers. It's obviously editorial reasons and it makes the show feel cynical and dishonest for not having it.

I'd love it if live feed returned in some capacity. Especially as what plays out on screen these days is more edited than a Cindy Crawford photoshoot, it'd be real nice to see what the housemates are really like.

Not too bothered anymore tbqh. We haven't had 24/7 since BB11 and it's never coming back so there's no point getting annoyed about it anymore as we've gone five years without it. I got over it in BB13.

If time has moved on why does most country's still have live feed its still an important feature to the format for me without it I don't really think it's big brother only in name

Not sure now really, it can be interesting when they are talking but then we get interruptions to the conversations anyway.
However it is even worse when all that happens on live feed, is looking in on whoever is under a duvet.

Given the choice of having live feed,I would vote for it as so many like to have it however.

IT totally winds me up that all the other countries have 24/7 LF & we get only hour a day if we are lucky, it's the one thing I think they shouldn't have change about BB

Kind of. While I probably wouldn't watch them myself, I loved the clips and day-round updates that series with a live feed have. It really gives me a better idea of the house environment than the HL shows do.
