View Full Version : What I think, and would like BB17 to be like
So basically on launch night Emma tours us round the revamped old house and then welcomes the first new HM into the house as usual. Then, she reveals that a family member of HM #1 will move into the new house which she then gives a tour of. HM #2 will know that their family mmber is in the main house, but HM #1 will not know that their family member is in the new house.
This will continue all night, so at the end there are nine HMs in the main house who know they have neighbours, but have no idea that each of them have a family member next door.
The launch night twist is a task which the New House HMs take part in, and the loser faces the first eviction on Day 4 against their family member.
Typically though, HMs will nominate in both HMs and the 2 or more HMs with the most noms from each house will face eviction, and on each eviction night, Emma tells the houses which house is safe, and after that who is evicted.
In Week 5 (the middle) the divide comes down, and the HMs in the main house find out that there family members have been living by them for the past month, and the remaining month plays out just like a normal series.
Thoughts, people?
The fact that the twist would be given away on day 4 would kind of ruin the whole thing

How?
Because the loser of the task can't face eviction against their family member unless they know their family member's in the house

There's no way they'd keep it going for 5 weeks. Channel 5 twists last a weekend at most.

The person in the second house know they will be facing eviction against their family member, the person in the main house won't, and it'll just be 'someone' from the other house.

this is true tbh.
I like it
And like the main house would be expecting their family to come in and then find out they'd been evicted or whatever it could be good

Firday's eviction could also be fake and the "evictee" will move to the other house. But it's two obvious.
Or... each house will nominate and the top 1 in eachhouse will go head to head in the eviction, nevermind relatives or not.
It all depends on the role of the two houses in the series. We should take in mind that they'll use both houses for the whole series, so it must be a long-term twist/rule.
..I still don't quite see how the two house thing will work...will there be only half the amount of housemates in each house or the same as usual, so double the amount with two houses..?..and would that mean two evictions each time..maybe the family member would bee automatically be evicted if their housemate in the main house was voted out..?...

THey could either completely remove the divide like what was done in a season of BBAUS, or make the new house a nomination house where whoever is nominated moves in there.

Haven't wacthed BBAUS. Isn't it weird towards the end such a huge house for so little amount of housemates? I mean, even for 16 housemates that could be disproportional with 8 hms in each house at the begining - less possible interactions (and it's quite crucial for a series begining), each house will be at the size of normal 3 weeks before the final.
The two houses have been rumoured since the end of the celebrity series so keeping it a secret would be pointless. The housemates will know there's another house before they go in.

What if the new house was kind of like a half-way house where nominated housemates go to live after nominations and they have a chance to return to the main house and escape eviction before the voting opens through a competition or task or something. It wouldn't be a secret house but just kind of like a place where housemates are half way out of the door, but not quite so we could see people we hate not be evicted (seems like something Ch5 love). This could even work with having relatives in the new house (who are also nominated with the main housemates) because with people going back and forth there's the opportunity for ****-stirring and full blown manipulation. But this seems quite sophisticated and it'll probably be a "secret house that housemates will not expect!!!!"

Yes, they will as I explained in the OP.
THIS
No it won't as I explained in one of my posts.

If the 2nd house will be for the nominated hms, expect for a low bar of minimum votes to face eviction.
It's a big house and need to be filled - otherwise they just could've reconstructed BB14 Safe house, enough for 2-3 hms.

Yeah it was x
