Big Brother's Bit On The Side host Rylan Clark-Neal has promised that there is a big variety of housemates this year.
Speaking on Facebook Live, Rylan explained that he hasn't met the new batch of contestants just yet but has seen their details. "I know I say it every year and I sound like a broken record and some years we haven't got it right, some years we do get it right… This year is completely right," he promised. "So right. It's going to be amazing.
"We've got a very eclectic bunch, I think it's quite safe to say." He added: "Actually, this year is probably the most mixed we've had in a long while. Different races, genders, sexuality, age, everything." But it seems we might have a few new crushes soon, as Rylan joked: "When do we never not give you a bit of eye candy on Big Brother?"
Rylan – who hinted that there "might be a few familiar faces in there" – also admitted that he wouldn't be surprised if the group caused some controversy. And speaking about the news that there will be two houses, he teased: "Watch out for The Others. The Others are coming. And it's not what you think. They're dangerous. That's all I'm going to say… Danger!"
Rylan also dropped some hints about the tone of the series, revealing: "Big Brother's getting evil this year, let me tell you that. There will be a lot of tricks up their sleeves." And he promised that we're in for some excellent tasks too.
"The task team literally started working in January for this series," he said. "They've been working for five months doing the tasks for this series, so we've got some good ones.
"And the house is a bit bigger, so we can do bigger things. I can't say too much!"
