Why mention that the carer is black?

When I see Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams and Michelle Obama I see women. Many of you see black women. Whereas Hillary Clinton is a woman as opposed to pigeon holed as a white woman. In BB race is prevalent because it's made prevalent so then we have to use terms like blacks and whites. If Natalie gets angry she will be pigeon holed as angry black women when the angriest person from the Others was Ryan but no one will label him angry white man now will they.?!

The reason she mentioned she was black was that her mother had a carer who abused her (who happened to be black) After that carer was dismissed, social services wrote on her mothers records that she had 'problems with black people'. Jayne was pointing out that that was wrong and her mother had no problems with black carers, just that particular one. But of course Natalie chose to hear what she wanted to hear.
