I feel like she is the least developed female so far, she is being overshadowed by the un-pleasant ones like Natalie, Laura and Charlie, or the humorous ones like Laytesha and Georgia or nice ones like Jayne. She needs to step up or she can go.

It's only been a few days, there's 18 of them and all the drama that's been going on etc etc, she's just flying under the radar a bit. It's fine, there's still 2 months to go. I don't want everyone trying to be full on straight away, let them settle in and develop naturally.
