I think if they break out they should stay out. HM's are now thinking they can breakout whenever they want and stroll back in.

HM's are not bigger than BB and an example should be set, even in the celebrity house. Even more so in CBB they should loose their fee.

All this "i want to leave" bollocks then next episode we see them back in. It's become a joke. And to think they breakout see into the Other house and are allowed to return and tell everyone they saw next door.
