What's your ideal mix of Big Brother housemates?

I'd think maybe:

60% everyday interesting people from the public who just want to be on TV once in their lives, maybe win some money and don't care if they're famous when they leave in anywhere but their hometown. Sprinkle in a few attractive folks.

30% weirdos who are just interesting to watch because you've never seen someone like that before.

10% fame seeking, self absorbed trash. Just to watch them get boo'd.


And is it just me, or is this season about 95% of that last category?

Just get all couples from Sex Box, and tell audience that they don't know each others. And then put em on 3 separate houses.

I'm agreeing with most of what you suggest, Jonathan, but I'd have an exclusively normal/weirdo mix and forget the wannabes.

I'd also bar anyone who seemed to think their looks were important.

from this year, the only normal housemates are Jason, Georgina, Andy, Evelyn and Jackson and perhaps Natalie :)

I like odd balls.. I like people that have more to them then how they look & what they wear - I like those that you would not look twice at in street.. the untanned the nofake hair the no make up.. the bikers the rock chick/guy's.. I am not a fan of the 'i love myself' = fake from head to toe (hair tan nails botox etc) I like tshirt jeans boots types down to earth.. thats why I like Andy.. head on his shoulders not a quest for stardom by getting his meat n veg out! so much more to him than how he looks :D
