View Full Version : Sam Opinions?
What is your opinion on Sam so far?
I can't take to him, he seems sly and he did try starting **** with Ryan a few times all the while blaming Ryan, even when Jason was telling him not to rise to it..
..(I had to check the pics at the top of the page to see who Sam was..)..that's the thing when the show centres around just a few housemates, I think...hmmm, I do know what you mean, there is something a little unpleasant about him...the way he was talking about/criticising Ryan, while Ryan was sitting next to him and within earshot, yet he didn't talk directly to him either..that was quite cruel because Ryan was at a complete disadvantage of being a 'newbie' in the house...mind you, Ryan did enter the house in a hostile way as well, so maybe that was slightly justified..?...

He seems like a creep and generally not a nice person. He is the type of gays who I normally avoid.

There's something about him that I really like. I think the opposite, he seems pretty down to earth and genuine, doesn't appear to take himself too seriously and is up for a laugh.

I recognised his type completely from his VT ...vain...materialistic...snobby ...over confident ...thinks he has influence and worse, thinks that's important....considers himself best looking guy in his hometown
So far the reality has shown he's not confident and easy to intimidate....it's also shown us that he can't resist his bitchy side enough to ignore the little troll who came in....
Not seen quite enough of him yet but I am pretty sure he's gonna prove to be a typical queen ....and I mean queen in a very negative way when I say it.

I really disliked Ryan initially but having seen him and Sam together, I think Sam is probably the worst one of the two of them, like others said there's something very sly and nasty about him

I can't can't stand Ryan on any level but he's def interesting housemate ...I'm sure he creates upset where ever he goes and has ruined, if not people's lives, def people's evenings and weekends and relationships...he's a horror but that's what BB needs in the mix....Sam is a legend in his own head but has yet to do anything to back that up...and I'm loathed to admit it but Ryans arrival gave Sam the only story line he's had since he arrived.

Yeah agree with all that, I don't like Ryan either but atleast what you see is what you get, Sam just seems sneaky or something
From what I've seen of Ryan and from what I've seen of Sam I'm more inclined to believe Sam's version of events. I think its a bit unfair to blame him for anything he's said about Ryan given the way that Ryan entered and everything that he said about Sam in the Other house
He's repulsive to me. I'm not a fan at all, he's in my bottom 3. Ryan>>

He, like most of the housemates this season is quite unlikeable.

I dont have opinion on him yet, he hasent done anything to annoy me, but nothing to make me root for him. I think he stood up to Ryan quite well. Ryan seems the worst of the 2, I think Sam seems the type to let things go while Ryan wont forget.
He's so smug, and the way he thinks he can act superior to Ryan because Sam 'acts straight' annoys me.

Exactly. Ryan is far more attractive and entertaining than Sam.

I quite like Sam so far and I can see why loser Ryan wants to be more like him.

I don't think I can sit here and say he's sly or vile, etc just yet, as we haven't seen much of him so far. However, I can see him becoming incredibly bitchy as the show goes on and not in an entertaining way.

We haven't seen very much of him- and many other housemates- so far, so I'm finding it really hard to form an opinion yet.

I can't warm to Sam at all - there is nothing I find funny or intriguing he appears to be all facial hair and that's about it - his rare appearance on HL show there is nothing that allows me to warm to or know more about who he is..if he wasn't in the house he would not be missed by me...

I really like Sam, perhaps because I think Ryan is an embarrassment after appearing on X factor last year! I know Ryan's type and I avoid them in my life. I'm sure he's a nightmare, whilst Sam is the obvious Big Brother housemate, wants fame and bitchy, but still good TV if they can get rid of the attention seeking ADHD 21 year old and fame hungry, horny hag.

That's a fair point....Sam has aright to defend himself from unproven accuasations ...he needs to try and keep calm tho if he can...I'm not keen on him tbh and I seriously dislike Ryan but as a housemate Ryan has given us something whereas Sam hasn't yet
Just seems very bitchy and sly. He's my least favourite housemate and its ironic that he has the audacity to criticize camp gay people when he's more 'camp' than most gay people I know. Also model? More like beard infested with red spots. Gross!

Sam infuriated me the most in his pre-house VT. He hasnt really made a mistake since then though so mostly undecided but leaning towards dislike.
