1) They've only just discovered the tweets, in which case they really are just as incompetent as we all think because not only are their casting team incapable of carrying out thorough background checks, but they obviously don't pay much attention to social media either because this is days old

2) They knew about the tweets before he entered and this is a publicity stunt, in which case it's a level of exploitation that even I draw the line at. I had an email back today and it made me laugh & I had to share:

Rightly, the production team's concerns are about the behaviour exhibited and the language used by housemates whilst in the house.



In the case of Andrew, extensive checks of his social media activity were undertaken prior to his entry in the House and subsequent to the allegations about the tweets said to have been posted on his account. The tweets which have been the subject of publicity were not located on either occasion.
