I just think we're not used to seeing the mundane things they do anymore because there's usually so much set up drama to show us now that it seems a little strange when we see them sitting doing normal stuff

I think the mundane scenes are a good balance and very early C4. Sadly in these TOWIE/ Geordie Shore eras anything other than sex or utter inebriation is deemed unworthy. Incessant turpitude rules.
