How would you feel if Big Brother decided that the two housemates wth the most votes would then be out head to head and the others chose who to evict.

If they did this, would you feel like it was a ploy to save Marco?

If they did that then it would 100% be a ploy to save Marco because it would probably end up being him Vs Georgina

they said there would be no twists :)

Do you think they would do something like that?

When?

also I'm not sure they'd legally be able to do that when people have spent money voting to evict someone?

They did it with Vanessa/Makosi

The public knew when they were voting though.

They shouldn't do it. It's deceiving the voters.

well they shouldn't do that, it will only put off more viewers from watching

and i think the ratings are important to the producers :)

Yeah but from a legal stand point they would have to tell the people that otherwise it would be fraudulent. People would be demanding their money back if they'd paid to evict a person and he may have had the highest votes but was saved by the HMs. It wouldn't be legal when money is involved, I'm pretty sure

Yeah but they would literally get into trouble if they do this. Think they had to pay a fine and refund people when Nikki was put back into the house after the public had voted her out. Doubt the producers even want to save Marco let alone break the law to keep him in.

True, but C5 have already kind of ****ed over fans. People who voted and paid for Andrew to go into the main house and then he is ejected with no proper explanation? I find that a bit unfair and rude on C5 part tbh. People atleast deserved a real explanation as to why. Not just "something on the outside" So although I don't think this would happen, I really wouldn't put it past C5

I thought voting Andrew and Ryan in was done through the app where no money was involved?

It's not about ****ing people over, it's about legally they'd be screwed, they'd have to refund peoples money if they changed the rules after they'd taken money from people

They have said all rules are out the window now so probably, if they wanted to save a particular housemate, yes they would so so.

People voted for Andrew to go into the main house and he did they got what they paid for... If people were to vote for Marco to leave and he didn't then they would have a problem.

No it was down via phone in as well.

All I'm saying is I don't trust C5 :joker:

Did people pay? I wasn't sure but yeah exactly. This topic comes up every year though and stuff like this never ends up happening because they legally have to tell people exactly what they're voting for

They would usually say if it didn't mean they would definitely be evicted for legal reasons. They said that with Farrah's and Winston's evictions.

They have to tell the voters if there is a twist like that when the vote is opened so it won't happen for this eviction.
