I like him, I just wish he would reign his temper in a bit, hes got potential to be a great housemate imo
Saying that tho I understand why he would get angry at jackson, he's annoying.

So he kept asking over and over again what he did and they refused to tell him and just kept telling him to shut up, I don't blame him for blowing up.

Anyone notice how Alex puts himself between each of them to prevent them hurting each other...he did it with Huey and Natalie the other day....very quietly and without any big show about it....he just does it...and as it calms down he walks away....brave thing to put yourself between Huey and Natalie when they're fighting....said a lot about Alex...him and Jason could become the alpha males of the house....strength without shouting or drama

That and the fact he's a complete dullard with a fake accent that only pipes up when he wants to threaten people with assault.

So you think that if someone challenges Huey that makes them a prick and the enemy....
Maybe you should talk to some fans of Georgina instead of me....I don't see the logic in that concept.

Gross @ the fact nobody will ever nominate him and the public will fall for his cheeky chappy bollocks arc and get him a top 2 finish.
here for Ryan causing it then hiding in the shadows.:joker:
These guys have to win the task, the longer they stay the better.

I'm not picking your post apart....they were both shouting and both as bad as each other....I asked why that should make only Jackson the prick...
I like em both in equal measure but Jacksons temper is no worse than Hueys....if Jackson is a prick then so too must Huey be.
I love how Natalie's the only one not involved :joker: Probably sleeping.

Yes really. He asked over and over again and all he got in return was "just shut up about it" instead of people actually helping to resolve the situation.
We clearly watched something different because, in what I saw, it seems he had every reason to lose his temper (something we all do when pushed to it, I might add). Trying to get them to just tell him what the problem was seemed to be like getting blood out of a stone.

How? He never plays the victim.
if he did, he'd go into the DR and cry about being treated unfairly. Hughie gives it as much as one possibly can and doesn't back down. How does that make him play the victim? :conf:

this he even said in the dr after his row with Natalie that he would have anyone in the house in an argument. Doesn't really sound like playing the victim to me

yeah thats what I love most about him. Like he is so sweet and cute you wouldn't expect him to have such a short temper so both Natalie and Jackson probably thought they could easily shut him down and intimidate him. Probably why Natalie still holds a grudge with him to this day...

Maybe he's just genuinely annoying. Didn't Alex and Jackson slag him behind his back?
Greg!

This has cemented Hughie as my fave I've decided :spin:
Hughie is a brilliant HM. He is charismatic and quite endearing one minute, then the next he is taking offence so easily and showing that fiery temper without being hateful. So he stands out either way. A possible winner?

Don't think Alex did. But he was present when Natalie was spreading her dislike about him to him and Jackson literally 26 seconds after they walked into the Others house.

...the focus of the house has been so much on Marco's behaviour in terms of being immature..but I find Hughie very childlike in his personality..(not immature though..)...he's very much like many children I've known whose frustrations and not understanding something or of not being understood themselves in situations will cause the anger outbursts to those extremes, but it's anger with themselves more than anything..but I do think that it is just a frustration anger with him, like it seems to be with this...he wants to know what 'it' is that has to be dropped and he wants to speak and he's denied both...
