Take on Hughie in the Other House once Ryan and Jackson are currently arguing on him also, can't Alex argue on Hughie by himself?
All Hughie did was tell Ryan to ration out his Cigarettes (which is a selfish habit in the first place) and he got abuse for it, and had that wannabe Jamaican get aggressive for no reason.
I mean don't get me wrong I know that Hughie is no saint, but he didn't do anything wrong here and he ended up getting abused for it I mean wtf!?

They see him as an easy target since he is likely to blow his top and go off on one, making himself look worse in the situation. I admire that Hughie doesn't just follow the crowd and instead chooses to stick up for himself

Hughie said it's the 4th time that Alex has got involved in someone else's argument.
Not here for Alex thinking he's security and breaking up the rows/fights.

Alex isn't an ass hole .., tonight first time he's even raised his voice ... Every one of the others have lost their cool many times ... Most from day one.

Same. And Hughie's never nasty when he loses it, it's more that he struggles to control his temper when he's pushed over the edge.

Alex is looking to do a radar dive to get to the final and he is another Aaron
Thought this was absolutely pathetic. Jackson was trying to get in Hughie's face and instead of trying to diffuse the situation Alex tried to get in Hughie's face also and only sat down when Hughie clocked that he was trying to get involved.

I wonder if other members of hughies family get into frequent rows and arguments?

loved seeing hugie like that - he has got no off button when he starts and I also think he don't have a bad bone in him - its just the ways he vents and his volume.
Alex was hiding behind Natalie, as usual!

I think you're right, Waterhog. There's no malice, or aggression to his outbursts, but you could see the snarling nastiness in Jackson and Alex's faces. I was really concerned that one of them would throw a punch at him and that he'd be blamed for starting it all.

I want to know how much Rylan is paying him to break his new set of teeth in. They don't look like they were made for him, they look false and veneered to me but it certainly make him speak with a pronounced guttural drawl.

Hughie was just too keen about someone to play along in his "let's get angry" game.
You could see him teasing over and over again and not letting go until someone gets to his boxing arena.

Yes he is. Just because you fancy him as opposed to Natalie doesn't mean his anger and aggression should be explained away.

Well what you've just said is bollox....I've never said I fancy any of em.
Alex steps up cause Hueys temper is imposing and he incites reactions from people on purpose...no way a guy like Alex is gonna hang back when the girls are around and could get caught in the cross fire.
Alex clearly doesn't like Huey and he has reason not to. When two housemates are climbing the walls for nicotine and a massive backlash has already kicked off because of his lack of understanding he then deliberately poured petrol on the flames by suggesting they should go through the same misery every day till one in the afternoon...what a stupid thing to say, esp at that moment...he was looking for trouble.
Only reason Ryans got him on side is cause when he wasn't in the early days Huey was way in front of him in popularity.

I wonder if you were this understanding when Natalie kicks off :joker: Or would you write her off as (list dog whistle clichés) :
angry
aggressive
violent
chip on her shoulder
scary
rude
out of control

He just wants to be the cliche white knight (a bit like a more tolerable BB16 Danny), glad Hughie called him out on his need to get involved.

Maybe you shouldn't wonder and make false statements about me based on your assumptions...it diminishes what you say.
Natalie and Huey both fit your list above...sometimes they are in the right, sometime they're not....see what good it's done either of them, they will both be up for eviction on Friday because of it.

I thought Danny was a nob head....him and his equally stupid side kick Christian...being considered a good looking housemate played no part in my opinion of them last year so it wouldn't with Alex this year either if I thought he was in the wrong...but I don't think he is. He's kept his cool more than any other housemate in the others house.
If Jason had been there he would have done exactly the same thing.

Surely even you don't believe that. Just because you didn't fancy Danny last year doesn't mean you won't fancy Alex. :joker:

Doesn't mean I would either ...you're still talking bollox....don't assume to think you know me, maybe mind your own business regarding my private life and stick to the purpose of the forum....Or better still go and talk to people who are interested in the type of unfounded assumptions that you're making about me.
Was you who likened Alex to Danny not me.
I didn't support Danny last year cause I thought he was a nob head.....I support Alex this year cause I don't think he's is.....it's very simple
Fancying or not fancying the housemates is totally irrelevant and, for me, would be a purile reason for choosing a good housemate.
