Probably not. Jayne has about 2 weeks left in her if that. The house clearly dislike her if they're going to bitch about her for not being fake and pretending to care enough to say goodbye to Natalie or for taking a bloody bath - so they're either going to nominate her until she's evicted or she'll walk for not being able to live with such hostile people.
