Jayne is the fakest person in there!
She pretty much said to Andy that she just did (and would again) the emergency exit thing to get attention and had no real intention or desire to leave.

They should definitely have people ready as reserves and as soon as anyone 'leaves' that should be it for them. Show them the permanent door and replace them!
