According to BBspy's article about the eviction massacre "A multiple eviction was expected at some point, as there are currently fifteen housemates in the house – but only six more regular eviction nights expected to take place before the final."
1st July - 1
8th July - 2
15th July (massacre) - 3
22th July - 4
29th July - 5
5th August - 6
8th August (Monday) or 12th August (Friday) - Final?
Has it been extended maybe?
The final will probably be a few days after the last eviction though not a week

Hoping "mass" just means 3 but they'll want to SHOCK THE HOUSE TO ITS VERY CORE so it'll probably mean like 6 knowing them
I'll expect the final to be on the 29th July until I hear otherwise, being the pessimist I am

Channel 5's official schedule releases bill this series as being 63 episodes (episodes, not days) long and have done since the launch date was announced
Assuming the series continues at a rate of one episode per day, that means the final is Monday 8th August, so there would be six more Friday evictions left
However, if they were to air more than one episode per day (e.g. split Friday evictions in to two live shows), the series would end sooner

That sounds reasonable.

We know how episode numbers work, i'm well good at counting.

Sorry, just used to having to explain the difference
It is possible C5 will reduce the episode count in the future though - last year they said Timebomb would be 72 episodes long every week until they announced the final date and it was reduced to 66

Obviously they reduced Timebomb due to ratings though, this year has been good so I'm 90% sure the 63 days and Monday final - Thursday CBB Launch will stick. Unless they actually extend it if ratings get better.
I think one will go each Friday, 4 during the massacre and 6 finalists which is normal now. Or a double before the final

Tbf could you imagine being stuck with Danny, Cristian, Joel, Chloe, Jack and Nick for an extra few days :/ the shorter that mess was the better. But you're right in that C5 can just extend or shorten without notice, hopefully this group is given longer than originally suspected :)

Evicting 4 potential finalists 3 days before the final could kill any possible suspense of the finale. People will be frustrated with their favourites being so close yet so far. The mass eviction is terrible by itself, doing it just before the final will make it even worse.
Welp, actually I don't know now. It will be a disaster either way D:
