Has it been established if Georgina just had naturally odd lips, or is she another one who's had filler? Not judging her, just wondering

It really takes away from her prettiness plus she wears the wrong shades of lipstick. I think she must have naturally odd lips as if she had filler its the worst job I have ever seen
