Let's be honest. None of it has been Big Brother since it went to Channel 5. It is for them something to milk for everything it's worth. They show no care towards it at all.

They've been told every year what is wrong with the show. You cannot get to know the HMs without extra coverage, be it more video updates on the website or the 24/7 live feed. If you're not getting to know them, you don't care. If you don't care, you don't watch.
