Jason obviously,Charlie is not quite wired right,he has told her they can just be friends,but she is not happy with that ,she wants to take it to another level,I don't know exactly what people expect Jason to do,if he pussyfoots round her he is giving her mixed signals (apparently) if he is stern and gives her the cold shoulder he is branded a BULLY,lol yes you heard that right he was actually called that on here,lol.
