I'm catching up on yesterday's highlights now and I was curious as to which you all thought was the most pathetic/deplorable: being jealous of your boyfriend's child like Georgina was, or being jealous of your boyfriend's dog?

Georgina never claimed to be jealous of the child tho. She's always said she's jealous of the baby's mother.

...maybe Charlie isn't jealous of the dog either but more how cute the dog looks in Jason's shirt...

..yeah, that placenta was connected to the pelvic bone, was connected to the hip bone, was connected to the thigh bone, was connected to the leg bone, was connected to the knee bone...it all made perfect sense really....

Both are pretty pathetic really but I guess being jealous of a persons child just edges it for me.

Being jealous of a dog is less understandable because it doesn't necessarily have a link to a previous partner or relationship ... It's hated purely on the fact it's a dog... Jacksons son forever links him to the child's mother... But Jason's dog is only a threat because he's just a little dog. Grorgina hates the situation not the child. Charlie hates the actual dog. She is a much bigger loon.

..I don't think that there is a 'worse' or a more understandable with something like this for me because both Charlie and Georgina are such extremes in their insecurities and jealousies which leaves for very little rationalising in their thoughts...I recall when I was expecting my first child, I always felt that I could never love my baby as much as I loved my partner..that no love could ever be that strong..it's not something that you can ever imagine, without experience...then obviously it's the realisation of experience that it's possible to absolutely love two people in completely different ways but to the same capacity because you actually feel it...then with my second child and expecting him, I thought...how can I ever love him as much as I do my son../his older brother..he'll just be the little not loved as much one......but yes, t'is all possible...Georgina has no understanding of that and how Jackson feels about his son or that having a good relationship with his son's mum even if that's the case would only be a good thing for their child, so it's something that shouldn't be 'hated', him thinking of her fondly in any way...she just couldn't possibly have...but the reason that she can't 'imagine' as other housemates can is because of the extreme of her jealousies/insecurities..which she's unable to see beyond...those emotions basically rule her and all behaviour and thoughts from those emotions....with Charlie, it's the same really that I don't think that she's able to see or imagine a love that Jason feels for Chloe, without seeing her as a 'rival'....'he loves her, he doesn't love me..equals I hate her, because why can't he feel that for me...'...extremes of character like they both struggle and fail with any rational of these things....

..no, I just have lots of thoughts Arista and a day off, which is a very ponderful combination...and there are no 'worses' or 'betters' in many, many situations..(and in this case I think just two very unhappy females, projecting that unhappiness outward..)....you know that though, being a most wise person, Arista....

Depends what you mean by worse, like being jealous of a dog is more stupid but obviously being jealous of someones child is going to cause more problems

This is how I think about it.

It's a tad more understandable to have issues with a situation involving children from previous relationships, all of which are different depending on circumstances.

But a pet? That's just ridiculous.

..no, we only have one Union member of staff so it'll be pretty much a usual day for us, Arista....(and for our parents as well../no child-care needed to be thought of..)...

Georgina was worse, not wanting Jackson to talk about his son because it reminded her of the baby mama is just pathetic.

Charlie's jealousy of a dog is insane but Georgina's jealousy is worse and has more ramifications for Jackson.

i think georgina was quite clear....she was happy to talk about the

child....but not the 'messy bits' directly linked to the mother

Both are silly imo but i dont think Georgina was saying she was jealous of his son. That been said, i think she needs to sort out her insecurities & jealousy before embarking on any relationship especially one with a child. For 26 she is very immature.
