Shame on Jackson for almost prioritising a shopping task over his child, though.

Is it wrong to wish BB had of just took his martyr playing as a decision and said ok, you did not press your button, tough luck...here you go lateysha. Jackson, return to the house :D

It would have been a completely different story if he was only given five seconds to press it.

I'm only 4 years older than that and I found it really false.
It makes me realize how much Lateysha was excited to see her baby...yet Jackson was more worried about the task than his kid.

I think Jacksons more worried about his public perception to be honest

He is really starting to do my head in....
Making a big scene tonight about people using up points which could jeopardise him seeing his son..... Then making a scene tonight about using up those points to see his son....

This task is worse than letters from home where everyone ends up with one, what's the actual point

& I'm sure if it was Georgina, he would of pressed it in a ****ing heartbeat. UGH.
Good for her tho.
..I can actually understand how Jackson was because I'm not sure that I could see my children and then still stay in the house, apart from them...I really don't think I could ...so happy for both him and Lateysha though.....

But only hours before he was having a meltdown about how unfair it was that he didn't get to see his son, and before that he was the only one of the four in the pods pretending to be agonising over whether to let Ed and co back into the main house, yet when they came in he went crazy, the guy doesn't know what he wants or rather he doesn't know what the public wants G

If he loves his kid, why does he not start paying his share to bring him up. Total scam artist

I have zero sympathy for people who prioritise a reality TV show over raising their children, and his protestations about the task are incredibly transparent.

Jackson seemed more desperate than Lateysha to see his child given his reaction to the boyfriends coming in... Which makes this response all the more confusing.

Jackson gave his reason for being scared to turn around and no one accepted it so he tried to make it about them and the task instead so they would accept it.....of course he wants to see his boy, isn't that obvious ? He had same reaction as Andy said he would have before they brought his boy friend in. That seeing them would make it even harder and would be too painful afterwards.

Is there anyone on here with children who didn't understand Jacksons original reason for being scared ? Anyone more qualified to judge than the rest of us ?

Erm, I can't stand Jackson, but do we know he doesn't pay maintenance?! Can't remember that ever being brought up and its a bit unfair to just assume he doesn't just because he is a knobend

I agree ....don't have to always like someone to defend them....I like him but I would defend this if it was any of them....
And ironically this unfounded accusation is supported by a lot of people on here who previously have refused to judge their own favourites for anything from outside of the house.....where I come from that's called being a hypocrite

Its all over the other forums. Even loads of stuff about him being an addict and criminal. One of his x's said if he slept with 300 women, he paid for 299 of them, lol.

Lateysha shrieked and shouted through both vids to the extent where neither child was audible...all the "oh my god's" we're entirely unnecessary...it really irritated me as I wanted to hear the sounds her little girl was making and what Jackson's little boy was saying...grrr.

OMG after seeing this tonight what a ****ing idiot Jackson is, really. trying to make himself out to be so selfless and ****. Even funnier when you realise that the 'final task' was the 4 housemates who got the phonecall and wow! There you see it, there were EXACTLY 20 points left for them all to get one. Amazing, what a coincidence that everything worked out so perfectly eh? Even more proof that people taking away did not jeopardize anything for anyone else...if it was needed.

He had same reaction as Andy said he would have before they brought his boy friend in. That seeing them would make it even harder and would be too painful afterwards.i believe his reaction tonight was genuine, as were his tears watching his gorgeous baby boy - which is why i'm so hacked off with his ridiculous kicking off before that about not getting the chance to have time with his son. and then i think perhaps he's not too smart and really thought BB might bring in his child - which would have been even harder for ANY parent! andy was right about something? never! the man is observant and reflective beyond his own face in the mirror.

don't think anyone answered this, did they? :hehe:

Well when I initially saw the clip Jackson wasn't actally shown accepting the chance whereas Lateysha had immediately pressed and seemed absoloutely made up...quite how I'm expected to be happy for somebody who hasn't made a choice baffles me as much as you trying to insinuate I wouldn't be happy for Jackson

..I think that's it though, Cherie..'not knowing'..he got himself into a bit of a tizzle because he had been so vocal about feeling that other decisions had been selfish and he knew that, so causing his conflict about seeing the video of his son when he was faced with that...he hadn't lost awareness of what he had been saying I don't think and how it would all appear so it all got messy...that's why as well that I can't understand Emma's criticisms to the degree they are/have been for one act of thinking about herself because it at least showed to me she isn't really a game-player and is very honest...Jackson's gameplay was the cause of his turmoil I think but I do think though that he desperately wanted to choose watching the vid over anything, but just couldn't bring himself to say, knowing that he's be down a few points with the public most probably.....

I haven't seen last nights episode yet, but as a father I honestly think it would break my heart to know that if I turned around I got the chance to see a video of my child because you would really really want to do it but at the same time it's going to make you want to leave the house and see your child! I haven't been more than a day without seeing my baby daughter and even then I still missed her and wanted to get back to her, I understand Jackson doesn't see his son as often as that which is a shame but it must be still hard for him, so as I say I haven't seen the episode I haven't seen the reactions, but I sympathise with both of them and in their position I would probably turn around and then have to leave the house realising that my daughter is more important then a tv show, yes the money we desperately need but I would sacrifice that in a heartbeat
