AND NO! this is not the first time that the housemates have been punished .. when they were punished for the first time .. who broke the rules was someone from "The clique" and they didn't lost their right to nominate, so NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!

No, they did no worse than most others have been doing since the start. Infact some have flat out spoke about nominations and it has been completely ignored by BB...

Why just those two? Several of the housemates have broken this rule to date and the punishment is that the hot water is turned off etc. Other housemates have even been more SPECIFIC in their nomination conversation. So in answer to your question NO unless the same applied to all the others who have broken the rule to date. What bout Chelsea ?

Exactly...but no problem with Chelsea losing right to vote too....bring it on....if he has to be a casualty then so be it but I think those two particularly should lose the right to nominate when they have openly proved they intend to cheat.
Big diff between breaking the rule about no noms chat and actually conspiring to cheat.
