He's proven to be short-tempered and verbally aggressive in the past. He has a terrible attitude that would make certain people not even want to have a reasonable confrontation with him.

..that should mean that he isn't part of the decision as to who goes really and isn't in the room...otherwise it just makes a mockery of BB being harsh and doing the annihilating thing if they say..yes, just pop back out of jail Chelsea and all's good to have your vote...
