If I trusted it wasn't a trick, definitely.

I would have if the prize fund was still 100k, but I'd be scared of being hated by the public if the prize fund was already low so

I would have. I wouldn't care about upsetting the other housemates. It's a few weeks out of my life spent with strangers I'd probably never meet again.

Yeah 5,000 isn't really worth loosing any chance of winning.

I am disappointed Jason didn't take the 5k as well, you could have just pictured their faces, especially the likes of Ryan and Hughie.
I would have turned around and said 'Screw you- losers!!!'

I would have. I bet BB16’s jack regrets his decision not taking the car, so 5K is an easy decision.

Chloe won though?

I would've.
If I was on BB, I'd want the money anyway so if I was offered the chance to nip some I'd take it, be it £5k or £50k. I wouldn't care if it comes out of the winner's prize fund as ik I wouldn't win anyway.
I would have said no until Luisa said you won't make any money from the show unless you win anyway.

as a BB fan, and having watched many series, until this one I'd have said a resounding NO!
with this awful bunch of people (with only a couple of exceptions) and given the fund was already dipped into, then this time around I would have.
watching Andy, with his straight back and determination when on the button podiums, that would have been me every single time and still would have been if I weren't put in the position Jason found himself: if he'd not got in there first, he was likely to be going then and there.

Yes definitely without a flicker of thought.
But I would be seriously hacked off if I was sat in one of those chairs and someone else said yes to the rich life.

There is absolutely no logical reason you shouldn't take the money. It's the definition of a no-brainer.

I don't get this Bonne Hommie milarky...they know now it's dog, eat dog.
I would amass as much cash that came my way- more so to annoy the numpties in there. They are still trumpeting the same old tired line " For the group"...What group? You will all go your separate ways after the show, you ain't joned at the hip, you will possibly never see each other again.
Instead of playing the game of life, where everyone is nice ( most of the time) it's time to start playing the BB game. Even better if you come in the diary room and confide in the public ala Victor BB5 then you are onto a winner, say it with a smile and take the cockroaches out one by one!!
What the flip is this, " Oh so and so is more deserving......?" What? Says who?
Crawl back under your stone and don't come out unless we throw you a morsel of food- cretins.

No, it's not a big enough amount of money to justify making enemies over and having the viewers possibly change their opinion of me.

I would have. I bet BB16’s jack regrets his decision not taking the car, so 5K is an easy decision.
Jack later got 23,9k in cash though so in the end he fared quite nicely.

And yes i would have taken it. I would take all the money i could get.
I would assume of course that i have no chance to win anyway.

I would think that the majority of the public would do the same and wouldn't really ever consider "will this harm my chances of winning?"

It's one of those stuations that's hard to say without being there. I've never been too bothered about money in life, but when that specific amount is offered to you on the spot then it would be difficult to turn it down.
I definitely wouldn't care if people in the house were bothered by me taking it though :p
