:umm2: was anyone surprised BB allowed that, have they given up on the Health and Safety of the HMs , and when Alex picked it up :umm2: Hughie piping up "don't do that you will smother her" and still no word from BB, did anyone else find this strange
Pete.

Yeah I found it weird especially since Nikki said she was told off for doing the exact same thing last year

I was very surprised they didn't step in given they have before for the exact same thing and how trigger happy they usually are
Would only take one dumb housemate to chuck her in the pool for it to turn into a very dangerous situation

It was poor judgement that BB didn't step on. At one point I thought it might end up in the pool.

No it wasn't at all, when he picked the case up I thought it was such an awful thing to do to another human being, People saying Hughie is "thick' (what a lazy stereotype) but he seemed the only one aware of the danger

I was genuinely cringing and scared for her safety. Especially when Alex picked up the suitcase like it was nothing.

Really given the things they hand warnings out for, picking up the suitcase was warning worthy :nono:

the only danger would be if the handle snapped, in which case she may have dropped what - all of 6 inches? dropping her on her head may have done her a favour :joker:
srsly, some damage may have been incurred, but mostly to the suitcase :hehe:

alex wasn't (as far as we could tell) drunk. he's reasonably sensible. ergo no likelihood of him throwing her into the pool. he carried the case, just a little off the ground, for just a couple of yards. much ado about nowt, methinkies

why would alex, a sober-then-as-far-as-we-know-from-observing-his-behaviour adult, throw her in the pool? level-headed adults don't tend to behave in such a way.
had it been some of the others, BB may have intervened.

I didnt get to see it last night so only caught up this morning. BIG BROTHER made a HUGE HUGE MISTAKE. Firstly I was completely amazed that Evelyn (even if she is tiny) fitted into that suitcase. Jackson should have refused to do it. She was tipsy and wasnt thinking properly. If the zipper had got stuck and she couldnt get out she would have suffocated. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY big brother didnt call them to task STRAIGHT AWAY. Awful prank and I like Evelyn but this was stupid

then she would have been in danger and BB liable. so that is funny how?

I prefer Laura she's more natural, Evelyn seems to try a bit hard. Even when she started speaking out it was after the advice to do so from someone in the house.
..the other thing that I thought was odd... was last night after already falling into the pool, it ended with Hughie falling asleep so near the edge of the pool while he was very drunk...I know that they watch constantly but still....really not wise at all....
