Why are females always minorities in the finales?

It would be better if there was more of a balance on who votes on Reality Shows between men and women as you would get a mixture of results.

Marco lost to Emma despite being more entertaining and his a male that lost to a female.

Natalie lost to Charlie.

Charlie lost to Jason.

Chelsea lost to most of them.

Ryan lost to Sam and Alex.:shocked:

So yeah there is a gender bias, but if a male is interesting they will attract more controversy, see Hughie, Andy, Marco, Andrew, and Chelsea this series compared to Alex and Sam.

Women voters vote with their nether regions. Look at Alexes popularity and he has to be one of the worst housemates ever They dont like young pretty girls. Even if Ev makes the final it will be 4 males and 2 women so minority again look at all the series that the first three or four evictions have been all women. ONLY ONE MALE has been evicted by public vote since the start. Its so sickening. If a male housemate is a great housemate they deserve the final but the likes of Alex Sam and Jackson deserve it far less than Evelyn surely

There have been some decent ones this year, as there has been decent female Housemates this year too.

I do feel that the A-list female Housemate (Natalie) left far too soon though which has made the female lineup be consistently decent, but not exceptional imo, where as the males have had some big characters in their lineup this year compared to BB16's one or two.

I do feel though Oaker that if the male Housemates have a personality then the same people will call them unlikable, if they don't have a personality like Alex then they're called dull by the same people.

I think the thing to look out for/remember is- the women are booed -before- they even go in the house, the men, much less. They're the ones who get most hate when they're there AND they don't last long when they're in the house; when there's an eviction, a woman usually goes instead of the man.

It's almost as if minds have been made up right from the start.

I think it's because the type of females they cast are often vapid airhead towie glamour types that don't appeal to many people. Could Laura look at herself enough in the mirrors wherever she went?! I think Jayne has been the exception this year, she's been a fairly good housemate.

Most of the voters on this show are women hence why you see women evicted over men all the time. In The house the women relentlessly bitch about each other and single each other out and quite often will fight over the alpha male of the house. Where as the men are usually cool with each other the younger men usually get mother'd by the older women and end up flying under the radar.

Women only tend to win if they are none threatening and self depreciative. Anyone that isn't all 'I'm just a normal down to earth northern lass xx' won't be likely to ever win.

The only real exceptions are Nadia and Hellbeast. Nadia was ultimately lovely and that shone through (and the voting audience was less hateful back then) but Hellbeast's victory is still a ****ing mystery to me.
