Feel free to suggest what you would've liked to happen and what could be improved for next year.

For me, this wasn't my all time favorite series but I enjoyed it. I pretty much had the same complaints like everyone else. I'm an old school BB fan, but this series was really good. I would like next year to be longer (9 to 10 weeks maybe 11), Less home truths tasks, no more bringing ex-housemates in to cause drama, no more what the viewers think tasks, and less manufactured drama.

Worst tasks of all time, piss taking cutting the length, laughable they built a whole new house and closed it after a week, more empty promises

That said thanks to the incredible cast alone this series is only hours away from becoming my favourite on C5. Whether it does or not is resting on tonight's result :worry:

It's been ok. Not the best and I seem to like everyone that's left which isn't the norm. I wish there was more drama and it kicked off more.

A poorly produced series with an outstanding cast. I have liked most of the eviction results and I like all of the finalists- some more than others- so I have really enjoyed it, but Channel 5 still need to sort out their tasks and twists.

I am a BB fan and I have put up with the changing face of BB over the years, but the BB updates via social media have been little to none with no timeline, the open door policy allowing ex Hms to come in and abuse existing Hms, and to finish....the court room task sickened me, and I am now finished with BB.It's ironic that BB has come full circle , it was at one time about the Hms being kept in the dark , now it's the fans and viewers kept in the dark.

Crap tasks, amazing cast, perfect eviction order, too much outside contact, too much ex-housemate involvement, too much producer inference, but taking it all into consideration, it's easily been the best C5 series to date.

Loved this series, from the HMs to twist only criticism I have the task haven't been that great ....IMHO
I hope next series they have the same kinda of people, this series has shown the older HMs are more entertaining, so I hope BB take note of this for next years series.

Really great cast, good twists (not too frequent), good graphics.

Awful tasks, too much outside contact...

A solid 8 I'd say.

Best BB c5 has ever done I think :D Just a shame about some of the tasks & not enough evil punishments for rule breakers

(sorry im old skool C4 fan)

This is the first time I created a thread here. I do wish this series was a little bit longer.

One of the best series. So sad it's ending so soon.

I think it's been a good series. Great cast this time. I think they could do with some fresh heads thinking up some of the tasks. Too rushed at the end.

An outstanding cast, the idea of the others was brilliant if poorly executed (though we now have two houses for them to play with so fingers crossed it's decently used). The tasks have been atrocious but the fact that the cast have carried it and that they left it with barely any nomination twists is brilliant.
So an amazing series by more luck than judgment - Annilation week could have completely destroyed it.

Best since BB13 and proof that Channel 5 civilian series don't necessarily have to border on unwatchable

oooh yes so many superb twists and turns :D

I think Jason needs a pat on the back for blowing the bedroom crew out of the water :D That single action alone revitalised a series that was only going downhill...

Been brilliantly, which is quite weird as I haven't had a set favourite.
Maybe that's the secret, that and accepting that the concept off BB now has nothing to do with what is set out to do.
Very much a cast as against contestants, but a briliant cast at that.

It,s made me laugh and made me cry..made me go wow at the telly, left me sitting open mouthed in disbelief, made me want to throw things at the telly.

Oh wait all that was hughie.

It is hughie that has made this series great, hughie and Jayne..I will never forget the wow factor of the first two weeks...absolutely brilliant series that has ended just at the right time.

I agree with most of this Liam. The last few days with the ex housemates coming back to taunt those left plus the carnival task which had a bad end even though I wanted those out have brought it down a bit but the cast were fantastic and the right people with the exception of Jackson are left

A series that could've been much better had they stuck to a consistent nomination rule and given a 64-70 day run to ... Losing Emma, Charlie, Chelsea, Lateysha and Ryan all in the space of two weeks just feels messy ... Overall an improvement on 15 and 16 but still a long way to go before things start feeling right again. Doubt it'll ever get back there though

If Jayne wins, its the best series ever
If hughie, evelyn or andy wins it makes the top three
If jason wins it makes the top five
If jackson wins then it would leave a sour tone to look back on. Top ten though.

It's had it's flaws (bad promotion, lack of Live Feed, absolutely dire tasks, constructing a second house only to convert it into a task garden 2 weeks later etc), but the cast has been Channel 5's strongest. It's soured slightly towards the end with the producers trying to stir in the final week but it easily could've run for longer. They had the right idea with wanting a big change, and if they continue with that idea and seek to make more improvements then Channel 5 can turn civilian BB's fortunes around.

If someone goes out the fire exit, they shouldn't be allowed back.

No contact with the outside world.

Get some endurance tasks where people have to stand on something or hold onto something and they win immunity for the week or a prize.

Poorly planned, poorly executed and the advent of unscreened evictions is probably one of the worst things C5 have done to the show.
Overall its been crap.

Better cast than the norm on CH5 I guess, but otherwise the usual crappy tasks, manipulation, half assed twists and cheapo production. Not even having evictions shown the same night at times.

One issue I had with this series is that the concept of the other house wasn't executed as well as it could have been. This is primarily due to a few housemates escaping through the exit and finding out about the others before it was intended to. BB's mistake was letting these housemates back into the house after they had discovered it and letting the others know about it.

For future series' BB needs to be stricter with HM's breaking any (but especially the no escaping through the fire exits) rules. If one of them leaves, they should not be allowed to come back no matter how great of a housemate they are. Same goes with housemates expressing their desire to leave. If they want to leave just let them go and focus on those left behind. Develop their story lines rather than try to keep those select few that are integral to the story lines at the moment.

And one last thing.... BB needs to stop **** stirring, especially towards the end of a series.let the housemates handle it on their own and enjoy their experience.

.

This year was the biggest year yet for BB intervention.

Usually, the drama and the overall 'story' of the series evolves naturally from the relationship between the HMs themselves. This year, BB was much more controlled in pressing the HMs emotional buttons. If it wasn't for the tasks, there would have hardly been so many arguments. Maybe it's a good thing that BB have interfered so much in manipulating the drama this series. The purist in me often misses old school BB when it was more a human experiment. But i do also remember how boring that can be at times.

Hopefully the success of Jayne, Jason and Andy means that more older and/or intelligent HMs are picked next time as well.

Also - PLEASE make it VOTE to SAVE - not EVICT!!

I could have done with more Natalie and Georgina for entertainment's sake.

People don't pick up the phone for boring HMs, only the people that DO SOMETHING get voted whether it's save or evict.

VOTE TO SAVE saves the dramatic HMs
VOTE TO EVICT evicts the dramatic HMs

Wish it were longer and they would've included less Z listers. I can only remember two shopping tasks so they need to work on their originality and I agree with most others in that the outside involvement needs to be stopped.

One of the best civilians ever in my opinion. Normal nominations have dominated, the cast has been amazing and all the twists have been brilliantly executed.

Average tasks, a poorly executed launch night twist, some decent twists thrown in (annihilation week), too much outside interference... None of that matters though, because the cast has been stellar, probably my favourite since BB10. The housemates have carried it, the eviction order hasn't destroyed the series and for once the final is made up of worthy finalists.

Housemates - Largely great, still could do with a touch more diversity (say, replace your Alex clones with another older housemate, maybe someone of a different ethnicity/religion) but all of the early evictees delivered a large dollop of love-to-hate value (or just...hate...) and whilst Evelyn/Sam/Alex/Jackson have been pretty crap the rest have all been great entertainment, so I'd give them an 8 or a 9/10.
Nominations/Twists - a lot more basic and minimal this year than most recent series and the Lateysha eviction was great and the most tense episode in many years. Another step in the right direction so I'd say 8/10 because there's never going to be a voting system that works to get Jackson out :inamood:
Tasks - pretty awful on the whole. If it's not gunge, it's gross food, and if it's not gross food it's public polls letting the house know who's liked and who isn't. Or "who do you think is the biggest snake?" group circle nightmares. The only good concept was BB Corps and even then that was tainted by nominations reveals. The housemates are most entertaining when getting stuck into an actual themed task, and I don't even care if they revive old ones because they've run out of new ideas - bring back a farm week, a hospital week, a school week, anything, just stick to it and make them more of a physical strain! And fewer bloody parties :nono: 4/10.
Editing/production - Still almost no daily updates and the axing of the live Twitter was a pisstake. That said, the daily episodes have been pretty good on the whole and a lot less tacky in terms of presenting. 6/10.
Designs - amazing titles, amazing eviction set, really nice house. 10/10.

On the whole I'd give the series an 8/10 and probably put it in my top six series of all time (behind BB6, BB5, BB7, BB3 and BB13).

For a series that had near to no live feed and the most truth telling what the public think tasks ever it was amazing

Just shows how much power a cast has over editing and tasks

The twists were better too and didn't feel unnecessary and random like last few years with Helens eviction and 4in4out

I think it'll be looked back on as a classic! (The quality of the cast being the main success.) Coming after BB16, I kind of think of this series as ch5's answer to BB5. If the producers learn what they've done right with it, and improve the things they got wrong, it could get even better next year, so it's made me more hopeful for the future of BB than I was after BB16 (I honestly would have been happy with it being axed, rather than have another series as bad as that) so yeah really positive thoughts overall.

Great cast
Rubbish production
Best series since bb14
They should have let it run for the normal length
