Do you know that your irrational dislike for certain housemates can cause you to overthink things that very few other people would question to the extent that sometimes you spout utter crap? :)

Are you insinuating she raised £1,123.18 and took it for herself then?
I'm confused :/

Its just pure dumb to argue that she isnt a charitable woman. I hope chuff and others have learned a lesson. Sometimes people are just better than Jason on some levels, get over it.

Chuff , like many others, understands that saying you support a charity, doesn't mean that every penny earned by that person from that point forward goes to charity. While, Jayne may well do a lot for charity, her supporters are stating as fact that she will give all her prize money to charity, which cannot be substantiated at all, It is basically, complete fabrication.

like i can't see how you can actually turn somebody giving money to charity into a negative but there you go
people shouldn't make wild unsubstantiated claims about what she will do with the prize money, when it has no basis in fact.

Good for Jayne, weather she generates much cash or not she clearly cares and knows from experience what she's talking about....and clearly thinks the world of her mom and is very determined and strong....all completely at odds with her past scandals but this def balances that out.
SO....The big question here is ....how many fans who thought Jayne should have been evicted instead of Lateysha because Lateyshas responsibilities as a single mother were more important, are prepared to have the balls and say they were wrong ?
I said at the time and I've said it over and over ever since, the idea that Lateysha was more important than anyone else was a disgusting concept and reflected badly on everyone who supported it.

Another question that defies belief is WHY did Jayne tell Jason he'd made the wrong choice that night, when she is trying to raise cash for her mom ? Why did even she not value herself and also think Lateysha was more deserving ?
Just shows how Lateysha could manipulate and coerce people into doing what she wants ?
Very calculating and very self serving.
Jason was bang on when he hit that button, bang on.

Yes they are and THATS my point, they are blindly claiming she will give the money to what they claim is a charity, but it isn't ......and they have no proof whatsoever of where her money will be spent and they are using this charity, that isn't a charity to try to get people to vote for her, Im no sucker for this type of thing

She can't prove she'd donate the winners fee unleas she wins can she.
But if prior form is anything to go by she donated all the money from the John Terry and SGE to charity so if she's said the winnings from BB would also partially be donated to charity then I don't see why people wouldn't believe her.

Every single one of the housemates feel passionately about something and you can bet the prize money would go towards whatever their passion is. I don't think Jayne would donate every penny towards charity but she'd definitely contribute a bit to something that she more or less does for a living. I don't know why you find it so hard to find the good in some people.

The thing is...good for Jayne if she donates to such a worthy cause but not everyone goes round spouting off about it to win votes.
I am sure some of the other housemates donate to causes...but they don't feel the need to brag about it.

Neither does she. It's been brought up by others to discredit her more than it has by herself.

The only times the dementia campaign has been mentioned:
- Once by Jayne, introducing herself to the house
- Several times by Natalie, in an attempt to call her a liar and discredit her
- Several times by Chelsea, in an attempt to call her a liar and discredit her
- Once by whoever it was that wrote a letter to Jayne
So yes I can see how that one time she's brought it up can be seen as desperate "bragging"...

Not sure there is any price or warranties/proof required on raising awareness. Anyone/everyone who has contributed to this thread is definitely aware of dementia. Therefore you could argue Jayne has done a good job...

Well that can be said about other housemates...it's people's perception of them. I call her an actress because her tantrums are absurd for a woman her age..and the pool drama was well OTT...even Emma and Rylan could keep a straight face.
Jaynes not a bad person by any means and it seems that she does good things for a good cause...that doesn't stop her from being sly or a drama queen...which I think she is. We all have good and bad things about us but when you support someone you defend them to the hilt. Jason's not perfect but IMO Jason is a decent person and a nice guy..but he has been called many a bad name by a certain few on here with an inability to give examples of their accusations.
It happens year in and year out...:wavey:
