Will he count as the first new HM since bb8 Brian Belo to win BB without being in the house from day 1 since BB made it clear the house next door were "the others" and not official hms even though he's there the same number of days????

It's tricky, I wouldn't necessarily say as such because he was part of the show from Day 1. Just not in the main house.
