Step-By-Step

Anyone got a step-by-step on how to make a banner? I don't mean in detail on how to do things, just general things I need to do once I've opened up. (I've got PSP9 by the way).

Any help appreciated.

Paint Shop Pro 9, and I don't really have much of a clue how to use the basics of it.

Ok I'm on my old computer that has PSP9 on. Will try some things out now. :thumbs: (After I've updated my old version of firefox, ew)
